Ignition is the second studio album by American rock band the Offspring, released on October 16, 1992, by Epitaph Records. Issued during the alternative rock and grunge era, the album brought the band small success in Southern California as they started to gather a following. This success would continue to grow with their next album, Smash (1994). It is the first and only album to include photos of each band member in the liner notes.

<i>Baghdad</i> (EP) 1991 EP by The Offspring

Baghdad is a 7-inch EP released by American punk rock band the Offspring on May 15, 1991. It is currently out of print, but sold 3000 copies within one week of its release. Although Baghdad has never been reissued on CD in its entirety, one of the songs were later released on compilations: "Baghdad" was released on Rock Against Bush, Vol. 1. The band's official website does not list Baghdad in the otherwise comprehensive discography anymore.

Michael Kiske German singer

Michael Kiske is a German singer best known as the lead vocalist for the German power metal band Helloween. After his departure from the band in 1993, Kiske recorded four solo albums, participated on various metal and rock related projects, such as Avantasia, Place Vendome and Kiske/Somerville, while he also performed with numerous bands as a guest vocalist. In late 2009, he formed the hard rock band Unisonic and began touring again after 17 years of absence. In October 2017, Kiske joined Helloween and Kai Hansen for the Pumpkins United World Tour that continued through 2018. A live recording of the Helloween tour entitled United Alive and United Alive in Madrid was released in 2019 and a new Helloween album with Kiske and Hansen for 2021, called Helloween.

Black Stone Cherry American rock band

Black Stone Cherry is an American hard rock band, formed in 2001 in Edmonton, Kentucky, United States. They were signed to Roadrunner Records until 2015; the band is now signed to Mascot Label Group. The band consists of Chris Robertson, Ben Wells, Jon Lawhon, and John Fred Young. Black Stone Cherry has released eight studio albums as well as three EPs, and have charted eight singles on the US Mainstream Rock Tracks charts. Their latest album, The Human Condition, was released on October 30, 2020.

<i>Portable Sounds</i> 2007 studio album by TobyMac

Portable Sounds is the third full-length studio album from Christian pop rock and hip hop artist tobyMac. It was released on February 20, 2007, and debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200. The album includes the singles "Lose My Soul", "Made to Love", "Boomin'", "I'm for You", and "One World ". This album took a slightly different direction than tobyMac's previous hip hop efforts, having more of a pop sound. When it was released on iTunes, users were able to download a behind-the-scenes making of the album video, a digital booklet, and an acoustic version of "Made to Love." "Ignition" was selected as the theme song to the WWE pay-per-view Elimination Chamber 2011.

Rock Ignition

Rock Ignition is a hard rock band from Germany founded in 2006 by professional dancer and ex-Kamelot background vocalist Heather Shockley and Silent Force/Sons of Seasons/Headstone Epitaph bassist Jürgen Steinmetz. In 2007 they signed a deal with Rock Inc.(Netherlands)and released their debut EP, "I Can't Resist". The band is influenced by hard rock acts from the 1980s like Skid Row, Whitesnake, Bon Jovi, Mötley Crüe, and Vixen. The very first guitar player of Rock Ignition, Bas Maas, is now the actual guitarist of "metal queen" Doro Pesch.

Mandy Meyer Swiss-Canadian guitarist (born 1960)

Armand "Mandy" Meyer is a Swiss-Canadian guitarist best known for being a member of the hard rock band Gotthard, the progressive rock band Asia, and the heavy metal band Krokus. Meyer has also worked with Cobra, Stealin' Horses and Katmandu.

Dennis Ward is an American bass player and music producer. He is known for his various works as a producer for heavy metal and hard rock bands in Europe, as well as for being the bassist and founder of the bands Pink Cream 69 and Unisonic. He also performs lead vocals for the AOR studio project Khymera.

Leave This Town: The B-Sides is an EP by American rock band Daughtry. It was released on March 15, 2010, to iTunes. The album features six tracks that were not included on Leave This Town. On April 11, 2011, the band announced that a physical copy of the EP was available for pre-order on the band's official website. It was officially released on May 10, 2011, and included the previously unreleased track "Back Again".

Beyond Magnetic is a 2011 EP by American heavy metal band Metallica. It was released to coincide with the band's 30th anniversary shows, in which they released a new song for all four days of the shows. It was originally released as a digital download exclusively on iTunes on December 13, 2011. All four songs featured on Beyond Magnetic were recorded for the group's Death Magnetic sessions but had not been released. Beyond Magnetic was released on CD on January 30, 2012 internationally and on the following day in the United States. As of September 2016, it has sold over 210,000 copies in the U.S.

Unisonic is the debut album by the hard rock/power metal band Unisonic. It was released in 2012 on earMUSIC. The album is the group's first full-length studio release and since Keeper of the Seven Keys, Pt. 2 (1988) by Helloween the first album to feature both Kai Hansen and Michael Kiske performing on all songs.

Unisonic is a German hard rock/power metal supergroup, founded on 10 November 2009 by Helloween singer Michael Kiske alongside Dennis Ward and Kosta Zafiriou from Pink Cream 69 and Mandy Meyer, formerly in Asia and Gotthard. In 2011 the band was joined by Gamma Ray leader and Helloween co-founder, Kai Hansen.

Kosta Zafiriou is a Swiss musician and music manager, one of the owners of Bottom Row Promotion company, which currently manages the bands Unisonic, Helloween, Axxis, Gotthard and Krokus. A former hard rock drummer, Zafiriou is known as one of the founding members of bands Pink Cream 69, Place Vendome and Unisonic.

<i>For the Kingdom</i> 2014 EP by Unisonic

For the Kingdom is an EP by the rock band Unisonic. It was released in 2014 on EarMusic Edel AG. The album contains one future album track, an exclusive song, and four live tracks recorded during the band's Masters Of Rock Festival performance in 2012. The cover art is credited to Martin Häusler.

Sithu Aye

Sithu Aye is a Scottish-Burmese guitarist, musician, and producer based in Scotland. He began his career with the release of his first album, Cassini, in 2011, which was self-recorded and independently released. He has released five full-length albums and six EPs. His latest album, Senpai III, was released January 8, 2021. He has toured in Japan with Reflections and Protest The Hero, the UK and Europe with Skyharbor, the UK with Galactic Empire and the US and Canada with Haken.
