Ilyas Osman Lugator (Somali :Ilyaas Cismaan Lugatoor) or Hussein Isman Lugator (Somali :Xuseen Cismaan Lugatoor) is the vice president of Puntland since January 2024. His nickname is Gabilay. [2]
Ilyas Osman Lugator was born on October 1967 [3] Bo'ame,Sool. [4] He is from the Xasan Ugaas branch of the Dhulbahante clan. [2]
In February 2019 Lugator was appointed Minister of Aviation and Airports. [2]

Ahmed Abdi Mohamud Sugulle "Habsade" is a Puntland and Somaliland politician. In 1998, he was appointed Minister of the Interior of Puntland but was dismissed in 2007 after a conflict with Mohamud Muse Hersi, who became President of Puntland in 2006. In 2007, he brought Somaliland troops into Las Anod, leading to Somaliland's effective control of the Sool region. He served as various Somaliland Ministers of state from 2008. In 2014, Abdiweli Gaas became President of Puntland and he come back to Puntland.
