Ina Zhupa (born 20 June 1987 Tirana) is an Albanian political scientist [1] who studies Democratization and Values of Albanian Society.
She studied for the Master of Political Communication offered by La Sapienza University in collaboration with the University of Tirana. [2] She graduated from the Master of Science in Political and Bachelor Theory in Politics and Governance at the University of Tirana. [3]
Currently, she is a lecturer in the Department of Political Sciences and International Relations at the University of Tirana, with experience in teaching at state and private universities, where she has also served as dean of students and Manager of Career Office, with experience working with various national and international projects, as well as in state departments. Her research is focused on issues related to European integration, the values of Albanian society, the process of democratization, international relations theories, approaches and models on conflict, the challenges of transition.
She has conducted field research to measure reality and develop it according to social science methods, being the author of a study book on voting behavior. [4] She participated in national and international conferences, and has published scientific articles in known scientific journals at home and abroad. [5]
Zupa is active in political life, currently holds the position of the Spokeswoman in the Democratic Party of Albania, at the same time National Coordinator and Member of the National Council in the Democratic Party of Albania. [6] [7] Zhupa is part of team seriously working on denigration process of Democratic Party of Albania.

It is located in the centre of the country, enclosed by mountains and hills with Dajti rising to the east and a slight valley to the northwest overlooking the Adriatic Sea in the distance. Due to its location at the Plain of Tirana and the close proximity to the Mediterranean Sea, the city is particularly influenced by a Mediterranean seasonal climate. It is among the wettest and sunniest cities in Europe, with 2,544 hours of sun per year.

Edi Rama is an Albanian politician, painter, writer, former university lecturer, publicist and former basketball player, who has served as the 33rd and current Prime Minister of Albania since 2013 and chairman of the Socialist Party of Albania since 2005. Prior to his tenure as Prime Minister, Rama held a number of positions. He was appointed Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports in 1998, an office he held until 2000. First elected mayor of Tirana in 2000, he was reelected in 2003 and 2007.
The Democratic Party of Albania is a conservative political party in Albania. It has been the largest opposition party in the country since 2013.
The Clock Tower of Tirana, was built in 1822 in Tirana, Albania by Et'hem bey Mollaj, a Bejtexhinj poet who also finished the Et'hem Bey Mosque next to the clock tower. Watchmaster Ismail Tufina was the first to assemble the Tirana clock mechanism in 1822. It is a monument of culture of first category, approved on 24 May 1948.

The Albanian local elections in 1992 was the first local election held in Albania. The elections were held on 26 July 1992 and the general winner was the coalition Socialist Party of Albania with 49.87% of the vote. The Democratic Party of Albania however, won in capital of Tirana.
A hunger strike by former politically persecuted persons of Albania began on 21 September 2012 in Tirana involving 20 people persecuted during the communist years. The strike began for economic purposes, seeking the Albanian government to compensate them according to a law passed in 2007 entitling former political prisoners to 2,000 lek for each day they were in prison.
Parliamentary elections were held in Albania on 23 June 2013. The result was a victory for the Alliance for a European Albania led by the Socialist Party and its leader, Edi Rama. Incumbent Prime Minister Sali Berisha of the Democratic Party-led Alliance for Employment, Prosperity and Integration conceded defeat on 26 June, widely viewed as a sign of growing democratic maturity in Albania.
