Inarwa is a Village (previously: a VDC) in Janaknandini rural council of Dhanusha District in Province No. 2 of south-eastern Nepal. Inarwa belongs to ward no. 1 of the Janaknandini rural council. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 3,094. [1]

Inaruwa is the headquarter of Sunsari district that lies in the Koshi province of Eastern Nepal. Inaruwa is a municipality since the time of Panchayat in the year 2047 BS. After 2015, it has been operating under a mayor-council form of government and is currently led by Mayor Kedar Bhandari. Spanning 77.92 square kilometers, the Municipality is home to a population of nearly 75 thousand residents.

A village development committee in Nepal was the lower administrative part of its Ministry of Federal Affairs and Local Development. Each district had several VDCs, similar to municipalities but with greater public-government interaction and administration. There were 3,157 village development committees in Nepal. Each village development committee was further divided into several wards depending on the population of the district, the average being nine wards.

The Road is named as Hulaki Marg and is under construction process. The most important thing in this village is a market, called "Inarwa Bazar" and is famous around the area. As a whole, the village is growing day by day.

Dhikurpokhari is a suburb and former Village Development Committee in Kaski District in the Gandaki Province of northern-central Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 7,392 persons living in 1,427 individual households.

Inarwa, Sagarmatha is a Village Development Committee in Siraha District in the Sagarmatha Zone of south-eastern Nepal. At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 8045 people residing in 1451 individual households.

Inarwa Phulbariya is a village in Khadak Municipality in Saptari District in the Sagarmatha Zone of South-Eastern Nepal. It is the former Village Development Committee of Nepal. At the time of the 2011 Nepal census, it had a population of 5,403 people living in 1,027 individual households.


Hanumannagar Kankalini is a municipality of Saptari District in Sagarmatha Zone of eastern Nepal. The municipality was established on 19 September 2015 by merging the existing Hanuman Nagar, Joginiya-1, Joginiya-2, Gobargada and Inarwa village development committees (VDCs). Later, Bhardaha, Portaha, Madhawapur, Rampur Malhniya, Malhniya village development committees (VDCs) were added to the existing Hanumannagar Yoginimai Municipality.

Annapurna Rural Municipality, Kaski is a Gaunpalika in Kaski District in Gandaki Province of Nepal named after the Annapurna Mountain. On 12 March 2017, the Government of Nepal implemented a new local administrative structure. With the implementation of the new local administrative structure, VDSs have been replaced with Municipal and Village Councils. Annapurna Gaupalika is one of these 753 local units.

Inarwa railway station (NP-INRWA) is a station located on Jaynagar-Kurtha-Bardibas Rail Line project in Nepal. The station falls inside Janaknandini Rural Municipality of Dhanusha District in Madhesh Province. As Inarwa is the first railway station on this route, there has been built a custome check point with the station. The station has four platforms. The preceding station is Jaynagar railway station which is just 3 km far from Inarwa railway station. The following station is Khajuri railway station which is 4 km far from Inarwa.
