India's Citizen Squad [1] is a military reality show telecasted by Discovery Channel (Indian TV channel) [2] and uploaded to Veer by Discovery YouTube channel. [3] It features 12 Indian citizens [4] to go under training with camp commander Col. Khejarli or Khejadli is a village in Jodhpur district of Rajasthan, India, 26 kilometres (16 mi) south-east of the city of Jodhpur. The name of the town is derived from the khejri trees that were once abundant in the village.
Mannu Bhandari was an Indian author, screenplay writer, teacher, and playwright. The Indian#MeToo movement began in late 2018 to manifest in areas of the Indian society including the government, the media, and the Bollywood film industry. The Khejarli massacre occurred in September 1730 in Northern India, when 363 Bishnois were killed while trying to peacefully protect a grove of Khejri trees. The soldiers were sent by the Maharaja of Marwar, Abhai Singh to cut the trees in the village of Khejarli to provide wood for a new palace. The killings were carried out on the orders of his minister Giridhar Bhandari. The effort had a long term impact on environmental advocacy, and the massacre later became known as a precursor to the 20th century Chipko movement. Due to the sacrifice of the protesters, the ruler took back his earlier order of felling trees.

"Sulli Deals" was an open-source app which contained photographs and personal information of some 100 Muslim women online. An FIR was filed by the Delhi Police with National Commission for Women India taking suo moto cognisance of the matter on 8 July 2021. The creator of the app was a BCA Student from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. On 9 January 2022, Thakur, who created the app to "defame" Muslim women, was arrested by the Delhi Police. Thakur was granted bail on 29 March by the court.
