Ingram Park Mall is a super regional shopping center located in the northwest section of San Antonio, Texas, at the intersection of Interstate 410 and Ingram Road. The anchor stores are Dillard's, JCPenney, Mega Furniture, Rush Maxx, and Macy's Backstage. There is 1 vacant anchor store that was once Dillard’s Home Center.
The mall opened in 1979 with J. C. Penney, Dillard's, Joske's, and Sears. [1] Foley's was added as a fifth anchor in 1983.
In 2015, Sears Holdings spun off 235 of its properties, including the Sears at Ingram Park Mall, into Seritage Growth Properties. [2]
On October 15, 2018, it was announced that Sears would be closing as part of a plan to close 142 stores nationwide. [3]
In 2021, the mall was sold at a foreclosure auction for $100.7 million to an entity associated with the investment firm Morgan Stanley, one month after Simon Property Group defaulted its loan. The sale did not include store space owned by Dillard’s, JCPenney, Sears or Macy’s. [4]
Miami International Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Doral, Florida in southwestern Metropolitan Miami, only half a mile away from the larger Dolphin Mall. The Miami International Airport is nearby, thus giving the mall its name. It was built by the Edward J. DeBartolo Corp. in 1982, and is currently managed by Simon Property Group, who owns 47.8% of it. The mall features retailers JCPenney, Macy's, and Macy's Men's Store.

In 2015, Sears Holdings spun off 235 of its properties, including the Sears at Acadiana Mall, into Seritage Growth Properties. Sears closed in September 2017 leaving its site vacant. On June 4, 2020, it was announced that JCPenney would be closing as part of a plan to close 154 stores nationwide. However this store was removed from the closing list on July 13, 2020.
Mall del Norte is a super regional shopping mall in Laredo, Texas. The mall opened in 1977 and has since been renovated in 1991, 1993 (expansion), 2007, and 2012. It is located along Interstate 35 in the city's rapidly growing retail hub of town. Independence Mall is the only enclosed shopping mall in Wilmington, North Carolina. It opened in 1979 with anchor stores Belk-Beery, JCPenney, and Sears. A later expansion added a new wing and Dillard's store to the center after Westfield Group purchased the mall. The mall is located on Oleander Drive and Independence Blvd east of downtown Wilmington. The mall has a food court and no longer features a carousel.
