Ingrid Larsen, (1883 - 1965) was a Danish politician (Konservative Folkeparti) and women's rights activist. [1]

She was born to the mayor Carl Christian Rasmussen (1842-1912) and Mariane Gether (1844-1936), and married the judge Anders Peter Larsen in 1907.

She was the President of the Dansk Kvindesamfund in 1943–1947.

She was a Substitute in the Landstinget in 1936–1951.

The 2nd Division is a semi-professional association football league for men and the third division in Denmark. It is organised by the Divisionsforeningen on behalf of the Danish Football Association as part of the nation-wide Danmarksturneringen i fodbold (Herre-DM) and is positioned between the second-tier 1st Division and the fourth-tier Danish 3rd Division in the Danish football league system. Clubs in the league must meet certain criteria concerning appropriate facilities and finances. All of the 2nd Division clubs qualify for the proper rounds of the DBU Pokalen. The number of promoted and relegated clubs has fluctuated over the years. In the 2020–21 season two clubs were directly promoted to the 1st Division, while eight teams were relegated to the Denmark Series. From the 2021–22 season, it was changed to two promotion spots and two relegation spots.

The association stands for an inclusive, intersectional and progressive liberal feminism, and advocates for the rights of all women and girls and LGBT rights. It publishes the world's oldest women's magazine, Kvinden & Samfundet, established in 1885. Nielsine Nielsen was the first female academic and physician in Denmark. She graduated in 1885 and in 1889 she established her own medical practice and worked as a general practitioner. She was active in the gender equality movement through her work in Danish Women's Society.

Ingrid Vibeke Ammundsen née Simonsen (1913–1988) was a Danish librarian who was active in the research library sector. From 1957, she headed Denmark's Technical Library where she introduced computerized search systems in the early 1960s. When the library moved to Lyngby in 1971 to serve the Technical University of Denmark, she broke new ground for research libraries by introducing open shelves for books and journals, allowing visitors direct access to the library's holdings. In the 1970s, she proposed and headed the DANDOK database system for scientific and technical information.

After graduating in English and history, she was a prominent member of the Danish Women's Society where she edited Kvinden & Samfundet. In 1950, she became principal of Rysensteen Gymnasium where she emphasized women's history in the school's history lessons. Despite her efforts to maintain its status as a girls school, new regulations required the school to admnit boys in 1958.
