It is a part of the Union Square project on top of Kowloon Station. It was the 4th tallest building in the world when its construction was completed in 2010. Now, it is the world's 11th tallest building by height, world's ninth tallest building by number of floors, as well as the tallest building in Hong Kong.

China World Trade Center Tower III is a supertall skyscraper with 81 floors, 4 underground floors, and 30 elevators in Beijing, China. It is the third phase of development of the China World Trade Center complex in Beijing's central business district of Chaoyang at the junction of the East Third Ring Road and Jianguomen Outer Street. The building topped out at 330 m (1,083 ft) on 29 October 2007 and completed in 2010. The building bears a resemblance to the original Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, which were destroyed in the September 11th, 2001 attacks. It is the tallest building in Beijing.
Guangzhou International Finance Centre or Guangzhou West Tower, is a 103-storey, 438.6 m (1,439 ft) skyscraper at Zhujiang Avenue West in the Tianhe District of Guangzhou, Guangdong. One half of the Guangzhou Twin Towers, it is the 17th tallest building in the world, completed in 2010. As of March 2018, it is the world's tallest building with a roof-top helipad, at 439 m high. The world's second-tallest building with a roof-top helipad was also completed in 2010: Beijing's China World Trade Center Tower III, whose roof-top helipad is 330 m high. Both buildings are taller than the U.S. Bank Tower, the previous record-holder from 1989 to 2010, whose roof-top helipad is only 310.3 m high.
Crown Las Vegas, previously known as the Las Vegas Tower, was a proposed supertall skyscraper that would have been built on the Las Vegas Strip in Winchester, Nevada. If built, the tower would have been 1,887 feet (575 m) tall, making it the tallest building in the United States and 5th tallest in the world. After two major redesigns, the project was cancelled in March 2008.
Deansgate Square, formerly known as Owen Street, is a skyscraper cluster development currently under construction on the southern edge of Manchester City Centre, consisting of four skyscrapers, the highest will be 201 metres tall when completed. The site is just south of Deansgate railway station and north of the Mancunian Way, bounded by Old Deansgate, Pond Street, Owen Street and the River Medlock. Manchester City Council adopted a framework in the early 2000s, known as the Great Jackson Street Development Framework, which earmarked the site as an acceptable location for high-rise buildings. The framework was enacted to encourage building development as the site had been vacant for many years and was perceived to be isolated as it was bounded by major arterial roads.

It shares the record of having the world's highest observation deck within a building or structure at 562 m, and the world's second-fastest elevators at a top speed of 20.5 metres per second. It is the world's second-tallest building by height to architectural top. However, the title of the world's fastest elevator now belongs to the Guangzhou CTF Finance Centre, with a top speed of 21 metres per second achieved in 2017. Designed by international design firm Gensler and owned by the Shanghai city government, it is the tallest of the world's first triple-adjacent supertall buildings in Pudong, the other two being the Jin Mao Tower and the Shanghai World Financial Centre. Its tiered construction, designed for high energy efficiency, provides nine separate zones divided between office, retail and leisure use.

It also shares the record of having the highest observation deck in a building at 562 m.
Australia 108 is a residential supertall skyscraper currently under construction in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. When completed, it will become the tallest building in Australia by roof height, surpassing the Eureka Tower, and the second-tallest building in Australia by full height, surpassed by Q1. The World Class Land development project consists of a 317-metre-tall (1,040 ft) apartment building with 1,105 apartments over 100 floors. Construction of the revised Fender Katsalidis Architects–design by Brookfield Multiplex commenced in 2015, with completion expected in 2020.

Since July 2018, it has been the third-tallest building in New York City.
Melbourne Square is a A$2.8 billion building complex of residential, hotel and commercial towers in the Southbank precinct of Melbourne, Victoria. The complex will be constructed in five stages, with an estimated completion in 2027. Stage one of the development commenced construction in November 2017, and it is expected to be completed by August 2020.
The Exchange 106 is a skyscraper under construction within the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) area, a new financial district currently being developed in Kuala Lumpur. The 106-floor building is topped with a 65-meter, 12-storey high illuminated crown making it 451.9 m (1,483 ft) tall. The tower will have a net lettable area of 2.6 million square feet and is benchmarked against similar buildings in large international financial centers, such as London's Canary Wharf and The Shard, New York's Freedom Tower, and Shanghai IFC
