International Financial Center Jakarta is a complex of office buildings at Karet, Setiabudi in South Jakarta.
International Financial Tower 2 is the tallest among the buildings in the complex. The tower is 213.2 meter tall, has 49 floor above & 6 floor below the ground. [2] The tower is certified the highest as Green Mark Platinum by Green Mark Gold Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) from Singapore.It is redeveloped at the place of previously 10 storied tower 1, which has now total floor area of approximately 61,300. [3] The 18-storey Tower 1 will be redeveloped into a 49-storey office tower with a GFA of about 86,300 sm and is scheduled for completion by 2020.

Raffles City is a large complex located in the Civic District within the Downtown Core of the city-state of Singapore. Pondok Indah Mall or PIM is a large shopping complex located in Pondok Indah suburb of South Jakarta, Indonesia. World Trade Center Jakarta is a complex of commercial high-rise buildings at Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jakarta, Indonesia. The buildings of the complex are named as WTC 1, WTC 2, WTC 3, WTC 5 and WTC 6. Total land area of the complex is about 8 hectares. WTC 5 and WTC 6 of the complex was completed in 1985, which were then known as Wisma Metropolitan I and Wisma Metropolitan II. Both the buildings are 65 meters (213 ft) high with 16 floors above the ground. WTC 1 was also completed in 1985, which has 20 floors above the ground and 90 meters (300 ft) high. WTC 2 was completed in 2002, which is 160 meters (520 ft) tall and has 30 floors above the ground.

Singapore-based Keppel Land Limited is the developer of the complex. It was certified by the Green Mark Gold Building and Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) in February 2017 to acknowledge environmentally friendly architectural and construction standards. The towers were topped off in May 2017.
