Intisari (Digest) is an Indonesian monthly general-interest magazine published by Kompas Gramedia. The magazine adopted a format similar to Reader's Digest .

History

Intisari was first published in 1963 by Petrus Kanisius Ojong (1920–1980) and Jakob Oetama (1931–2020), with assistance from J. Adi Subrata and Irawati. [1] It was the company's first publication.

Intisari was intended to open the horizons of Indonesian society. Its first edition had no cover and was 14 x 17.5 cm in size, in black and white and 128 pages thick. [2] In its first publication, 11,000 copies were printed. Later editions would reach 350,000 copies. [1] [2]

The online version of Intisari includes a variety of sections and categories, such as finance, [3] career, [4] unique, [5] inspiration, wellness, [6] and travelling. [7]

PT Duta Visual Nusantara Tivi Tujuh, operating as Trans7 or TRANS7 in all capitals is an Indonesian free-to-air television network owned by Trans Media, a part of Trans Corp, which in turn a subsidiary of CT Corp. The channel was officially launched as TV7 on 25 November 2001 at 5:00 PM local time. The final transmission and broadcast aired on 15 December 2006 at 19:00 WIB. The network was then sold by Kompas Gramedia Group and the new owners changed the name from TV7 to Trans7.

JKT48 is an Indonesian-Japanese idol girl group whose name is derived from its based city of Jakarta and the Japanese idol group AKB48. Formed in 2011, the group is the first AKB48 sister group outside Japan and adopts the concept of "idols you can meet", before switching to "idols that will come to meet you" since April 2018. Kawanku focused on fashion and celebrities and offered information about the latest entertainment and feature stories on current issues and events. The magazine was published by Kompas Gramedia. Its headquarters was in Jakarta.

Bola was an Indonesia sports newspaper, published in Jakarta by Kompas Gramedia. It was founded in 1984 as a pull-out section inside Kompas daily, and was then published separately. In 1997, it moved to twice editions a week, and since 2010 it was published three editions a week. Issues usually had 48 pages and 32 pages (Saturday).

Jakob Oetama was an Indonesian teacher, journalist, and businessman who was one of the co-founders and owners of Kompas Gramedia Group, the largest media group in Indonesia, together with P. K. Ojong. He has served as President Director of Kompas Gramedia, Advisor to the Central Board of the Indonesian Journalists Association, and Advisor to the Association of Southeast Asian Nations Journalists Confederation. He was the recipient of the Honoris causa Doctorate in Communications from Gadjah Mada University and the Mahaputra Utama Star award from President Suharto in 1973.

The Daihatsu Sigra is a mini MPV with standard three-row seating designed by Daihatsu and manufactured by Astra Daihatsu Motor in Indonesia since July 2016 to be sold exclusively in the country. The Mitsubishi Xpander is a compact multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) manufactured by Mitsubishi Motors since 2017. Prominently marketed as a "crossover MPV", the vehicle was introduced in July 2017 in Indonesia, where the vehicle is manufactured and sold as a high-volume model. Introductions in other markets started since 2018, and the vehicle is mainly sold in emerging countries in Southeast Asia along with several Latin American, African and Middle Eastern markets. It was the fourth best-selling Mitsubishi Motors model globally in 2018 and 2019, and became its third best-selling model in 2021.

Tribun Network is a newspaper chain in Indonesia owned by Kompas Gramedia. Currently, the group has owned 22 local newspapers, which are spread across 24 cities and regencies in Indonesia, and a national newspaper. Tribun Network also maintains its own news portal Tribunnews.com.

Kontan is a business and financial regular publication in Indonesia published by PT Grahanusa Mediatama, owned by Kompas Gramedia. Kontan consists of two distinct publications: daily newspaper and weekly tabloid-kind newspaper, as well as an online portal.
