Invest Ukraine is a state enterprise operating under the State Agency for Investment and National Projects (National Projects), which serves as a one stop shop for investors and delivers investments consulting services in Ukraine. It was founded on 22 May 2009 [2] and included in National Project's structure on 30 June 2010. [3]

Activity

Invest Ukraine provides professional services, including information about investment opportunities and liaison within the Government to prospective and current investors. It promotes Ukraine as an investment destination through networking, conferences and events, media relations, Ukraine's diplomatic missions abroad, and thought leadership. InvestUkraine is located in Kyiv, Ukraine and features a multilingual staff.

DTEK is the largest private investor in the energy industry in Ukraine. The Investment Development Authority of Lebanon (IDAL) is the national investment promotion agency of Lebanon. IDAL was established in 1994 with the aim of promoting Lebanon as a key investment destination, and attracting facilitating, and retaining investments in the country. In 2001, Investment Law No.360 was enacted to reinforce the organisation's mission, providing a framework for regulating investment activities in Lebanon, and providing local and foreign investors alike with a range of incentives and business support services. Day of the National Flag (Ukraine) Holiday in Ukraine

23 August is celebrated as the Day of the National Flag in Ukraine; beginning in 2004. 24 July was previously marked as National Flag Day in Kyiv. The first ceremonial raising of the yellow-and-blue Ukrainian flag in modern times took place on 24 July 1990 at the flagstaff of the Kyiv City Council, one-and-a-half years before the flag was officially adopted as the National flag of the Ukrainian state.

Lana Zerkal Ukrainian diplomat

Olena Volodymyrivna Zerkal, widely known as Lana Zerkal, is a Ukrainian diplomat. Former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine for the European Integration, appointed in office in 2014. She also served for 12 years at the Ministry of Justice (Ukraine) since 2001 as the Director of the Department of International Law, Director of the State Department on Approximation of Legislation and as the Director of the Department on Liaison with State Authorities.

Bangladesh Investment Development Authority

The Bangladesh Investment Development Authority (BIDA) is the apex investment promotion agency (IPA) of the Government of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. BIDA promotes and facilitates private investment and advocates business-friendly policies. BIDA provides regulatory services including registration, approvals and recommendations. BIDA is supervised by the Prime Minister's Office. The head office of BIDA is located in Dhaka and its divisional offices are in Chattogram, Rajshahi, Khulna, Sylhet and Barishal.

Oksana Markarova Ukrainian politician and economist (born 1976)

Oksana Serhiyivna Markarova is a Ukrainian politician and the current Ambassador of Ukraine to the United States since February 2021. Markarova is also a former Minister of Finance in the government of Volodymyr Groysman and Oleksiy Honcharuk. She was acting Finance minister since 8 June 2018 after Oleksandr Danylyuk was dismissed on 7 June 2018 following a conflict with Groysman.

Public diplomacy of Ukraine

Ukraine's public diplomacy is an instrument of Ukraine's foreign policy aimed at promoting an attractive image of the state abroad through communication at the level of the public of other states. It includes the use of cultural diplomacy, social media, cooperation with non-governmental organizations and the Ukrainian diaspora, the creation and promotion of a state brand, and more. The impetus for the intensification of Ukrainian public diplomacy was the counteraction to Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine and the information war, Ukraine's search for foreign support, and the process of Ukraine's European and Euro-Atlantic integration.

State joint-stock company Bread of Ukraine or Khlib Ukrainy is a state-owned company, a leading operator on the Ukrainian grain market, in the field of production of bread and other flour products. JSC "Bread Ukraine" as the legal successor of the Main Directorate of Bread Products and the Main Directorate of Compound Feed Industry of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of Ukraine was one of the leading operators on the domestic grain market.
