Hadigallage Ishan Anjana Jayaratne (born 26 June 1989) is a Sri Lankan cricketer who has played for several teams in Sri Lankan domestic cricket. He is a right-arm pace bowler.
A former Sri Lanka under-19s player, [1] Jayaratne made his senior debut for the Colts Cricket Club in January 2009,in the Premier Limited Overs Tournament. [2] In January 2010,he represented the Sri Lankan under-21s in the cricket tournament at the 2010 South Asian Games,winning a silver medal. [3] Jayaratne made his first-class debut in February 2011,in the Premier Trophy. [4] During the 2012–13 season,he took 23 wickets from seven matches,behind only Sajeewa Weerakoon for Colts, [5] which included figures of 5/53 against Saracens and 7/37 against Lankan. [4] Jayaratne was subsequently selected to make his debut for Sri Lanka A in the 2013 off-season,touring the West Indies and playing home series against New Zealand A and Kenya. [2] At Twenty20 level,he has made appearances for Ruhuna,Southern Express (including in the 2014 Champions League Twenty20),and the Kurunegala Warriors. [6]
In March 2018,he was named in Dambulla's squad for the 2017–18 Super Four Provincial Tournament. [7] [8] In March 2019,he was named in Dambulla's squad for the 2019 Super Provincial One Day Tournament. [9] In October 2020,he was drafted by the Kandy Tuskers for the inaugural edition of the Lanka Premier League. [10]
In June 2021,Jayaratne was named in Sri Lanka's squad for their tour of England. [11] [12] In July 2021,he was named in Sri Lanka's squad for their series against India. [13] The following month,he was named in the SLC Greens team for the 2021 SLC Invitational T20 League tournament. [14] In November 2021,he was selected to play for the Kandy Warriors following the players' draft for the 2021 Lanka Premier League. [15] In July 2022,he was signed by the Colombo Stars for the third edition of the Lanka Premier League. [16]
Pramod Bhanuka Bandara Rajapaksa,,popularly known as Bhanuka Rajapaksa,is a professional Sri Lankan cricketer,who plays limited over internationals for the national team. He is a left-handed batsman who bowls right-arm medium. He was born in Colombo. Despite a prolific domestic career,Rajapaksa only made his international debut when he was called up for the T20I series against Pakistan in 2019,ten years after his first-class debut.
Seekkuge Prasanna is a professional Sri Lankan cricketer,who plays for limited over cricket. He is a warrant officer in the Sri Lankan Army. Prasanna is known for aggressive batting at the late overs in ODIs,and a useful leg-spinner,probably the best found after former Sri Lanka leg-spinner Upul Chandana.
Subasinghe Mudiyanselage Ashan Priyanjan is a professional Sri Lankan cricketer who plays for the national side in limited over formats. He is a middle-order batsman and occasionally a right-arm off break bowler.
Pinnaduwage Chaturanga de Silva,or Chaturanga de Silva,is a professional Sri Lankan cricketer who plays limited over cricket. Chathuranga de Silva was educated at St. Aloysius College,Galle,where he started his cricket career. He is primarily a left-handed batsman but bowls handy slow left-arm orthodox. He has represented the Sri Lanka national cricket team in limited over international matches. He is the elder brother of Sri Lankan All-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga de Silva.
Dickwella Patabendige Dilantha Niroshan Dickwella,known as Niroshan Dickwella,is a professional Sri Lankan cricketer,who plays all formats of the game for Sri Lanka. A left-hand batsman,he also plays as a wicket-keeper of the team. Dickwella is known for hitting left handed Dilscoops. In November 2017,he was named the emerging cricketer of the year for the 2016–17 season at Sri Lanka Cricket's annual awards.
