Ivan Kondov is a Bulgarian politician who shortly served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs in 2023. [1] A political Independent,he previously served as the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and reclaimed that position after being replaced as Minister. [2]
