Jack Odur Lutanywa is a Ugandan politician who Served as Member of Parliament of Kibanda South County in Kiryandong District in The Tenth Parliament of Uganda. [1] He lost to Karubanga Jacob Atenyi in the 2021 Parliamentary Elections of Kibanda South constituency. [2]

In 2020 Jack Odur Lutanywa tabled before Parliament a Constitutional Amendment Bill seeking the recognition of the Maragoli as one of the indigenous tribes in Uganda. [3]

Jaberi Bidandi Ssali is a Ugandan politician, businessman, and former football manager. He founded the People's Progressive Party in 2004 and served as its president until 2015. He was also the Minister for Local Government from 1989 to 2004, and an unsuccessful candidate in the 2011 Ugandan general election. In the 1970s and early 1980s, Bidandi Ssali worked as a football manager, coaching the Uganda national team in 1982.
