Jakub Jaworowski (born 26 September 1981) is a Polish politician serving as minister of state assets since 2024. [1] In 2015,he served as secretary of state of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister. [2]
Jakub Berman was a Polish communist politician. An activist during the Second Polish Republic,in post-war communist Poland he was a member of the Politburo of the Polish Workers' Party (PPR) and then of the Polish United Workers' Party (PZPR). From 1948,he was considered the second most powerful politician in Poland after President Bolesław Bierut,until he was removed from power in 1956,following Bierut's death.
Zbigniew Jaworowski was a Polish physician,radiologist and alpinist. He chaired the United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation in 1981 and 1982. He was an investigator for projects by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the International Atomic Energy Agency. Later in his career,Jaworowski disputed that ionizing radiation from the Chernobyl disaster was a major catastrophe for human health and wrote that the movement to remove lead from gasoline was based on a "stupid and fraudulent myth". Outside of his expertise in radiology,Jaworowski published articles criticizing mainstream climate science,including in magazines published by Lyndon LaRouche.
Jakub "Kuba" Błaszczykowski is a Polish businessman and former professional footballer who played as a winger. He is a part owner of Polish football club Wisła Kraków,where he began his professional career and established himself at a young age.
