Jam Shabbir Ali Khan is a Pakistani politician who had been a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh from February 2021 till August 2023. [1]
Born to Jam Madad Ali Khan in Sindh,he was elected a member of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh in February 2021 by-election in which he got 48,028 votes and won the PS-43 Sanghar constituency defeating Mushtaq Junejo who got 6,925 votes. [2] [3]

Jam Nawaz Ali is taluka (sub-district) and a city in Sanghar District,Sindh,Pakistan about 60 km from Sanghar city. This is the place of residence for the Jams of Sanghar who ruled the Province of Sindh with Thatta as the Capital. The Jams of Sanghar are also the Nawabs and head of the Samma and Junejo Tribes in Pakistan. The Nawab Jam Family of Sindh is recognized by the great services rendered by Nawab Jam Mitha Khan who was the Nawab of the Samma and Junejo Tribes,followed by his younger brothers,Nawab Jam Jan Muhammad Khan and Nawab Jam Kambhu Khan. Nawab Jam Sadiq Ali Khan was born in this city. Cadet College Sanghar and Police Recruit Training Centre is also situated in this city.
Nawab Jam Sadiq Ali was a politician from Sindh,Pakistan. He was the Nawab of Sanghar and Sardar of Junejo tribe and belonged to the ruling dynasty of Samaa Ja'ams who ruled Sindh over two centuries up to middle of 1700. After his passing in March 1992 he was succeeded by his son Nawab Jam Mashooq Ali Khan. Nawab Jam Mashooq Ali Khan,who had served as a federal minister and a member of the National Assembly of Pakistan multiple times,died in 2018. He was then succeeded by Nawab Jam Zulfiquar Ali Khan,who is the current Chief of the Samaa Dynasty,Chief of Junejo tribes and Nawab of Sanghar.

General elections were held in Pakistan on Wednesday,25 July 2018 to elect the members of 15th National Assembly and the four Provincial Assemblies. The three major parties were Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) led by Imran Khan,the Pakistan Muslim League led by Shehbaz Sharif and the Pakistan Peoples Party led by Bilawal Bhutto. The PTI won the most seats in the National Assembly but fell short of a majority;the party subsequently formed a coalition government with several smaller parties. At the provincial level,the PTI remained the largest party in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP);the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) retained its dominance in Sindh and the newly formed Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) emerged as the largest party in Balochistan. In Punjab,the result was a hung parliament with the Pakistan Muslim League (N) (PML-N) winning the most seats. However,after several independents MPAs joined the PTI,the latter became the largest party and was able to form a government.
Presidential elections were held on 30 July 2013 in Pakistan to elect the 12th President of Pakistan. Incumbent President Asif Ali Zardari’s term was scheduled to expire on 8 September 2013;and as such,Article 41 of the Constitution of Pakistan required the elections to be held no later than 8 August 2013. The Electoral College of Pakistan –a joint sitting of the Senate,National Assembly and Provincial Assemblies –were tasked with electing a new president to succeed President Zardari,who declined to seek a second term in office. After the Pakistan Peoples Party and its allies boycotted the presidential election,the two candidates were Mamnoon Hussain backed by the Pakistan Muslim League (N),and Wajihuddin Ahmed backed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf. Agra-born Hussain was elected president by a majority securing 432 votes. The elections were the first time in Pakistani history where a civilian president was elected while an incumbent civilian President was still in office,completing a historic and democratic transition of power that began with the 2013 General Elections.
Syed Ali Haider Zaidi is a Pakistani politician who served as the Federal Minister for Maritime Affairs from 11 September 2018 to 10 April 2022. He previously served as the President of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf's Sindh chapter until he joined Jahangir Khan Tareen's Tehreek-e-Istehqam Party (TIP) party.
