James 'Kimo' Wills (born October 2, 1975 in Houston, Texas, USA) is an American actor. He is perhaps best remembered for his role as stoned pizza guy "Eddie" in 1995's Empire Records .

Empire Records is a 1995 American coming-of-age comedy-drama film that follows a group of record store employees over the course of one exceptional day. The employees try to stop the store from being sold to a large chain, and learn about each other along the way. The film was directed by Allan Moyle and stars Anthony LaPaglia, Robin Tunney, Rory Cochrane, Renée Zellweger, Ethan Embry, Johnny Whitworth and Liv Tyler. The film generated largely negative reviews and losses at the domestic US box office at its release but later went on to become a cult hit, helping to launch the careers of several of its stars.

Wills had several small roles in the 1990s, often playing the role of a young "stoner dude". Many of Wills' roles, such as 1993's Dazed & Confused , were uncredited.

On November 5, 2013, Miller released his debut album Us Against Them, and subsequently embarked on a nationwide concert tour in support of the album. On August 19, 2016, the same day as he began as the support act for Fifth Harmony's The 7/27 Tour, Miller's 7-song EP titled Overnight was released. He later released his second album, 2:00am in LA, as an independent artist in 2017. He released his third album called Silver Lining on March 9, 2018.
