James Douglas Campbell Bryant (born 4 February 1976) is a former South African cricketer. He played first-class cricket for nine years,for Eastern Province,Nottinghamshire,Somerset and Derbyshire,retiring from senior cricket in 2005. [1]
A superb hitter in his own country,with a high score of 234 not out, [1] he seemed to struggle more than he should have in England,where his game suffered from a lack of confidence. On his Derbyshire debut he broke his hand,and never played for such a high standard while at the club.
He also dislocated his collarbone in 2005,and his frequent injuries as well as his poor form away from home,mean that it is unlikely that he is going to be signed by another English club. From 2006 – 2008 was signed as a professional for three-time Village Cricket Champions Troon playing in Cornwall League division 1. [2]
Mohamed Farveez Maharoof,or Farveez Maharoof,is a Sri Lankan former professional cricketer,who played Tests and ODIs. He first made his impression in the 2004 Under-19 Cricket World Cup in which he captained the Sri Lankan team. He enjoyed a prolific school career for Wesley College,with a highest score of 243 and best bowling figures of 8 for 20. An all-rounder,he made his Test debut in 2004. He was part of the Sri Lankan team which finished as runners-up at the 2007 Cricket World Cup.

He was an all-rounder who played 73 One Day Internationals for Australia and was named as one of the five Wisden Cricketers of the Year for 2004 for his performances in county cricket. He was a part of the Australian squad which won the 2003 Cricket World Cup.

Ole Henrik Mortensen is a Danish first-class cricketer,probably the best his country has produced. A fast-medium right-arm bowler,he took 434 wickets at an average of 23.88,in a first-class career with Derbyshire that ran from 1983 to 1994.

Joseph Liam Denly is an English professional cricketer who plays for Kent County Cricket Club. He is a right-handed batsman and occasional leg break bowler who plays as a top-order batsman. Denly played age group cricket for Kent and began his professional career with the county before moving to Middlesex for three seasons between 2012 and 2014. He won the Professional Cricketers' Association Player of the Year award in 2018 and was named the season's Most Valuable Player.

James Charles Hildreth is a former English professional cricketer who played for Somerset County Cricket Club. He attended Millfield School,Somerset. He is a right-handed batsman and occasional right-arm medium pace bowler. Hildreth represented England at all youth levels including the 2003–04 Under-19 World cup held in Bangladesh. He made his first-class debut in 2003 and became a regular member of the side from the start of the 2004 season. The James Hildreth Stand was opened by him at Somerset County Cricket Ground on 21 September 2022.

Neil Trevor Broom is a New Zealand former international cricketer. He played domestic cricket for Otago and Canterbury and in England for Derbyshire County Cricket Club. An all-rounder who bowls leg spin,Mendis has represented Sri Lanka in the 2012 World Twenty20 and 2015 World Cup. Domestically,he plays for Tamil Union in Sri Lanka,and he has also played for Derbyshire in England during 2017. Mendis announced his retirement from international cricket on 28 December 2021 and migrated to Australia.

James Philip Arthur Taylor is an English cricketer. He made his first-class debut for Derbyshire against the West Indies on 11 August 2017 during their tour of England,taking the wicket of Kraigg Brathwaite. The younger brother of fellow Derbyshire player Tom Taylor,he is a product of the Derbyshire cricket academy. Taylor also played club cricket for Barlaston in the North Staffordshire and South Cheshire League during 2017,recording bowling figures of 6/4 in one innings. He signed a two-year professional contract with Derbyshire in September 2017.
