James Henry Hazel (July 21,1888 - January 1965) was an American politician who served as the eighth Lieutenant Governor of Delaware,from January 15,1929,to January 17,1933,under Governor C. Douglass Buck.
Ruth Ann Minner was an American politician and businesswoman who served as the 72nd governor of Delaware from 2001 to 2009. She previously served in the Delaware General Assembly from 1975 to 1993,and as the 23rd lieutenant governor of Delaware from 1993 to 2001. A member of the Democratic Party,she was the first and only female governor of Delaware. She was originally from Milford,in Kent County,Delaware.
