James Won-Ki Hong (born September 28, 1959) is Director of Innovation Center for Education (since Nov. 2019), Co-Director of Cetner for Crypto Blockchain Research (since Feb. 2020), and Professor of Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering (since May 1995) at POSTECH. He served as Dean of Graduate of Information Technology at POSTECH from 2015 to 2019. He was Senior Executive Vice President and CTO of KT Corporation [1] leading R&D activities from March 2012 to Feb. 2014. He received a Ph.D. degree from the University of Waterloo in 1991. His research interests include blockchain, network management, network monitoring and network analysis, ICT convergence, ubiquitous computing, and smartphonomics. He has served as Chair (2005–2009) of the IEEE Communications Society (IEEE ComSoc), Committee on Network Operations and Management. [2] He has also served IEEE ComSoc Director of Online Content (2004–2005, 2010–2011). [3] He is Editor-in-Chief of International Journal on Network Management (IJNM) [4] and of ComSoc Technology News. [5] He is the Chair of Steering Committee of IEEE IFIP NOMS [6] International Symposium on Integrated Network Management [7] and Steering Committee member of APNOMS. He was General Chair of APNOMS 2006, [8] and General Co-Chair of APNOMS 2008 [9] and APNOMS 2011. [10] He was General Co-Chair of IFIPS NOMS 2010. [11] He is an editorial board member of Transactions on Network and Service Management, [12] Journal of Network and Systems Management [13] and Journal of Communications and Networks. [14]

Gong Li, also known in English as Li Gong, is a Chinese businessman and computer scientist. He currently serves as CEO of Linaro Ltd, a British software company headquartered in Cambridge, U.K., developing systems software for the Arm ecosystem. He was previously the Founder and CEO of Acadine Technologies, a systems software company specializing in mobile operating systems for mobile, wearable, and IoT devices. Acadine’s core product H5OS was a web-centric operating system that was primarily based on the open web standard HTML5. It was derived from Firefox OS, whose development Li had overseen as President of Mozilla Corporation.

John Chi-Shing Lui is a Hong Kong computer scientist. He was the chairman of the Department of Computer Science & Engineering in the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He received his Ph.D. in computer science from UCLA. When he was a Ph.D. student at UCLA, he spent a summer working in IBM's Thomas J. Watson Research Center. After his graduation, he joined the IBM Almaden Research Laboratory/San Jose Laboratory and participated in various research and development projects on file systems and parallel I/O architectures. He later joined the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. For the past several summers, he has been a visiting professor in computer science departments at UCLA, Columbia University, University of Maryland at College Park, Purdue University, University of Massachusetts Amherst and Universita' degli Studi di Torino in Italy.

Robert S. H. Istepanian is a visiting professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Institute of Global Health Innovation, Imperial College, London. Istepanian is widely recognized as the first scientist to coin the phrase m-Health. In 2012, Istepanian coined the new term 4G Health which is defined as "The evolution of m-health towards targeted personalized medical systems with adaptable functionalities and compatibility with the future 4G networks."

He is the Past President & Chair of Board of Directors of and a Fellow of the Society for Modeling and Simulation International (SCS), and a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) for contributions to adaptive learning, pattern recognition and system simulation . He was born in Jordan to The Obaidat known Family. He is the cousin of the Former Prime Minister of Jordan, Ahmed Obaidat and received his M.S. and Ph.D. in computer engineering from the Ohio State University, Columbus, Ohio, USA. Saraju Mohanty is an Indian-American professor of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, and the director of the Smart Electronic Systems Laboratory, at the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. Mohanty received a Glorious India Award – Rich and Famous NRIs of America in 2017 for his contributions to the discipline. Mohanty is a researcher in the areas of "smart electronics for smart cities/villages", "smart healthcare", "application-Specific things for efficient edge computing", and "methodologies for digital and mixed-signal hardware". He has made significant research contributions to security by design (SbD) for electronic systems, hardware-assisted security (HAS) and protection, high-level synthesis of digital signal processing (DSP) hardware, and mixed-signal integrated circuit computer-aided design and electronic design automation. Mohanty has been the editor-in-chief (EiC) of the IEEE Consumer Electronics Magazine during 2016-2021.
