Jassim Rashid Al Buenain is a Qatari football administrator,secretary general of the Qatar Olympic Committee (QOC) and vice-president of the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA). Since June 2023,he has been the president of the Qatar Football Association (QFA).
Al Buenain attended Ibn Taymiyyah high school where he graduated in 2000. In 2004,he earned a bachelor's degree in administrative science and economics from Qatar University. He also earned an Executive MBA from Plymouth University in 2016. [1]
Since October 2017,Al Buenain has been chairman of the Qatar Olympic Academy (QOA) and secretary general of the Qatar Olympic Committee. [2] [3] He has been vice-president of the Olympic Council of Asia since January 2021. [4] [5] In June 2023,he was elected as new president of the Qatar Football Association,succeeding Hamad Bin Khalifa Bin Ahmed Al-Thani who held the position since 2005. [6] [7] [8]
Al Buenain was a member of Qatar SC from 2000 to 2012. From 2002 to 2005,he played for the Qatar national football team. [9]
Mohammed bin Hammam is a Qatari former football administrator. He was president of the Asian Football Confederation from 2002 to 2011,and a member of FIFA's 24-man executive committee from 1996 to 2011.

Jassim bin Hamad Stadium is an association football stadium in Doha,Qatar,located about 5 kilometres west from the centre of Doha. It is the home of the Al Sadd Sports Club's association football team,who play in the top-flight Qatar Stars League,and is occasionally used by the Qatar men's and women's national football teams as one of their home grounds. Named after the then-Qatari Minister of Youth and Sports Jassim bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Thani,who had provided permission for Al Sadd's founding members to form the group in 1969,the stadium was opened in 1975,and has since been renovated twice;once for the 17th Arabian Gulf Cup in 2004,and again in 2010. In addition to hosting all matches of the Arabian Gulf Cup in 2004,the stadium has hosted numerous international association football matches throughout its history,including matches of the 2019 FIFA Club World Cup,the football tournaments at the 2006 Asian Games and 2011 Pan Arab Games,and two editions of the Italian super cup,the Supercoppa Italiana.

Ali bin Saeed bin Samikh Al-Marri is a Qatari human rights figure and politician born on November 30,1972. He was appointed Minister of Labour of the State of Qatar on October 19,2021,and was re-appointed Minister of Labor by an Amiri order in March 2023. Before taking up the ministerial portfolio,he had chaired the National Human Rights Committee (NHRC) for State of Qatar since 2009. He also served as acting president and secretary-general of the Global Alliance of National Human Rights Institutions and as president of the Arab Network of National Human Rights Institutions. In 2012 he was elected chairman of the Permanent Arab Committee on Human Rights of the Arab League and chairman of the Asia Pacific Forum for the session 2013 to 2015. He was re-elected as chairman of the NHRC of the State of Qatar in 2019. In June 2023,Al-Marri was elected as president of the United Nation's annual International Labour Conference.
