Jaylen Sneed (born March 11, 2004) is an American college football linebacker for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
Sneed attended Hilton Head Island High School in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina where he played quarterback and linebacker. [1] In 2021, he was named South Carolina Mr. Football. [2] He committed to play college football for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. [3]
Sneed played in four games as a freshman. As a redshirt freshman, he played in all thirteen games, including starting the season opener against Navy in place of an injured JD Bertrand. [4] He began his redshirt sophomore season as the team's starting Rover. [5]
