Jed Jones (1872-1960) was an American tennis player active in the early 20th century.
Jones reached the semifinals of the U.S. National Championships in 1906 (losing to William Clothier) [2] and the quarterfinals in 1905, 1908 and 1911.

Ann Shirley Jones, is a British former table tennis and lawn tennis champion. She won eight Grand Slam tennis championships in her career: three in singles, three in women's doubles, and two in mixed doubles. As of 2023, she serves as a vice president of the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.
Alejandro "Alex" Olmedo Rodríguez was a tennis player from Peru with American citizenship. He was listed by the USTA as a "foreign" player for 1958, but as a U.S. player for 1959. He helped win the Davis Cup for the United States in 1958 and was the No. 2 ranked amateur in 1959. Olmedo won two Majors in 1959 and the U.S. Pro Championships in 1960, and was inducted into the Tennis Hall of Fame in 1987.
Lesley Rosemary Turner Bowrey, AM is a retired professional tennis player from Australia. Her career spanned two decades from the late 1950s until the late 1970s. Turner Bowrey won the singles title at the French Championships, one of the four Grand Slam events, in 1963 and 1965. In addition she won 11 Grand Slam events in doubles and mixed doubles. Turner Bowrey achieved her highest singles ranking of No. 2 in 1964.
Kelly Jones is an American former doubles world No. 1 tennis player. Jones reached the finals in doubles at the Australian and US Opens in 1992. He is currently the Head Men's Tennis Coach at Furman University in Greenville, South Carolina.

The 1993 Volvo International was a tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts at the Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center in New Haven, Connecticut, United States and was part of the Championship Series of the 1993 ATP Tour. The tournament ran from August 16 through August 23, 1993. Kelly Jones and Rick Leach were the defending champions but only Jones competed that year with Paul Annacone. Annacone and Jones lost in the semifinals to Cyril Suk and Daniel Vacek. Suk and Vacek won in the final 7–5, 6–4 against Steve DeVries and David Macpherson.
