Jeffrey W. Delzer (born September 1,1959) is an American politician in the state of North Dakota. He is a member of the North Dakota House of Representatives,representing the 8th district. A Republican,he was first elected in 1992. [1] He is an alumnus of Dawson Community College and a farmer. [2] He was Speaker of the North Dakota House of Representatives from 2007 to 2009.
Dawson Community College (DCC) is a public community college in Glendive,Montana. The college enrolls approximately 400 students and offers associate degree programs and certificate programs. It is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities and is part of the Montana University System.
Matthew M. Klein was an American politician who served as member of the North Dakota House of Representatives from 1993 to 2016. He was also the speaker of the House during the 2005 legislative session. He was succeeded as speaker by Rep. Jeff Delzer. Klein was an engineering consultant by trade.

David Dean Andahl was an American politician,rancher,land developer and driver. In the 2020 election,Andahl defeated longtime incumbent Jeff Delzer in the Republican primary for a seat in the North Dakota House of Representatives,but died a month before the November general election due to complications from COVID-19 during the COVID-19 pandemic in North Dakota,at age 55.
