Jeffrey Howard Paulk (born April 26, 1976) is a former American football fullback in the National Football League (NFL). He was drafted by the Atlanta Falcons in the third round of the 1999 NFL Draft. [1] [2] In addition, he played for the New England Patriots. He played college football for the Arizona State Sun Devils. [2]

Samuel also played for the Philadelphia Eagles and Atlanta Falcons. He led the NFL twice in interceptions, in 2006 and 2009, and is considered one of the all-time greatest Patriots and cornerbacks.
