Jeffrey Mike Vlug (born 6 June 1986) is a Dutch former professional footballer. He played as a winger.

Vlug is a forward who was born in Woerden and made his debut in professional football, being part of the Sparta Rotterdam squad in the 2006–07 season. [1] He would then play for a number of Dutch clubs, including Go Ahead Eagles and FC Eindhoven.

In 2015, Vlug moved to Rijnsburgse Boys, but left again after six months. [2] He later began playing for USV Hercules, where he was appointed team captain. [3] Vlug decided to retire from football after the 2019–20 season, [4] but as the Dutch competitions were cut short due to the COVID-19 pandemic, he officially retired on 3 April 2020. [5]

2021–22 KNVB Cup Association football competition

The 2021–22 KNVB Cup, for sponsoring reasons officially called the TOTO KNVB Beker, was the 104th season of the annual Dutch national football cup competition. It began in August with the first of two preliminary rounds, and concluded on 17 April 2022 with the final played at De Kuip in Rotterdam.

Valken '68 is a Dutch football club from Valkenburg, South Holland. It was founded in 1968 and plays its home games at Sportpark 't Duyfrak. The colors of Valken '68 are red-yellow, which are the colors of Valkenburg. The first squad plays in the Eerste Klasse Saturday since 2020. With 600 active members, Valken '68 is the smallest of the Katwijk municipality's five football clubs after Quick Boys, Rijnsburgse Boys, VV Katwijk and FC Rijnvogels.
