Jennifer ("Jenny") Eva Caroline Gal (born 2 November 1969 in Uccle, Belgium) is a retired judoka who competed for The Netherlands at the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics and Italy at the 2000 Summer Olympics.

At the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games she won the bronze medal in the women's half-middleweight division (61 kg).

After her marriage to Italian judoka Giorgio Vismara she represented Italy at the 2000 Summer Olympics. She is the older sister of judoka Jessica Gal (born 1971, Amsterdam), [1] who competed in four consecutive Summer Olympics (1988, 1992, 1996, and 2000) for the Netherlands. [2]

She held two Turkish senior titles in her own division, and picked up a total of twenty medals in her career, including a gold from the 2001 Mediterranean Games in Tunis, Tunisia, a silver from the 2006 European Judo Championships in Tampere, Finland, and a bronze from the 2003 World Judo Championships in Osaka, Japan. Yildiz represented her nation Turkey in two editions of the Olympic Games, where she failed to reach the quarterfinals in the 48-kg division. Throughout most of her sporting career, Yildiz trained for Ordu Judo Ihtisas Club in her native Istanbul under head coach and sensei Haldun Efemgil.
