Wardell Stephen Curry Sr. is an American former professional basketball player. Michael James Batiste is an American professional basketball coach and former player who is currently an assistant coach for the Toronto Raptors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). A two-time All-EuroLeague selection, Batiste won three EuroLeague championships in 2007, 2009, and 2011 with the Greek Basket League club Panathinaikos. In 2018, he was named one of the 101 Greats of European Basketball. He was inducted into the Greek Basket League Hall of Fame in 2022.

Born in Seattle, Washington, he played college basketball at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) from 1979 to 1983, and was selected in the third round of the 1983 NBA draft by the Golden State Warriors, but began his NBA career with the Phoenix Suns in 1984–85. Holton, a 6-foot-4-inch (1.93 m), 185-pound (84 kg) guard, also spent his career with the Chicago Bulls, Portland Trail Blazers, and Charlotte Hornets. He also played in the CBA for four teams in as many seasons from 1983 to 1992. He started 60 games for the expansion Charlotte Hornets. Holton briefly played for Great Taste Coffee in the Philippine Basketball Association.
Herman "J. R." Reid Jr. is an American former professional basketball player. He played in the National Basketball Association (NBA) for the Charlotte Hornets, San Antonio Spurs, New York Knicks, Los Angeles Lakers, Milwaukee Bucks and Cleveland Cavaliers. Reid played college basketball for the North Carolina Tar Heels and was a consensus first-team All-American as a sophomore in 1988. He won a bronze medal as a member of the United States national team at the 1988 Summer Olympics.
