Jerril Galban Santos [1] is the current Consul general at the Philippine Consulate General,Houston. Previously,he was the Chief of Mission of the Philippine Embassy in Vietnam which he assumed in 2009. [2] He has been with the Department of Foreign Affairs since the 1980s and is a recipient of the Gawad Mabini,with a rank of Dakilang Kasugo (2007) and the Order of Sikatuna,with a rank of Datu (2009). He was among the Outstanding Fernandino Award honorees in 2012. [3] [4]

Luis Enrique Austria Manalo is a Filipino diplomat who is the current Permanent Representative of the Philippines to the United Nations. Prior to that,he served as Undersecretary for Policy of the Department of Foreign Affairs. He also served as acting Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the Philippines from March 9 to May 17,2017 when Perfecto Yasay Jr.'s ad-interim appointment confirmation was rejected by the Commission on Appointments due to citizenship issues.
Roy Agullana Cimatu is a retired Philippine Army general who served as the Secretary of Environment and Natural Resources from 2017 to 2022 in the Cabinet of President Rodrigo Duterte. He previously served as the Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces of the Philippines from May to September 2002 under President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo. After his retirement from the military,President Arroyo appointed him as the Special Envoy to the Middle East during the Iraq War.
