Jerril Galban Santos [1] is the current Consul general at the Philippine Consulate General,Houston. Previously,he was the Chief of Mission of the Philippine Embassy in Vietnam from 2009 to 2016. [2] He has been with the Department of Foreign Affairs since the 1980s and is a recipient of the Gawad Mabini,with a rank of Dakilang Kasugo (2007) and the Order of Sikatuna,with a rank of Datu (2009). He was among the Outstanding Fernandino Award honorees in 2012. [3] [4]
Carlos Peña Romulo Sr. was a Filipino diplomat,statesman,soldier,journalist and author. He was a reporter at the age of 16,a newspaper editor by 20,and a publisher at 32. Apolinario Mabini y Maranan was a Filipino revolutionary leader,educator,lawyer,and statesman who served first as a legal and constitutional adviser to the Revolutionary Government,and then as the first Prime Minister of the Philippines upon the establishment of the First Philippine Republic.
