"Jet Boy Jet Girl" is the 7th single released by Japanese punk-rock singer Hitomi Takahashi, and her 2nd single to be released in 2007, five months after "Candy Line". The song replaced Uverworld's "endscape" as the opening theme song for the anime Toward the Terra , making "Jet Boy Jet Girl" the second opening theme for the anime. First pressings of the CD+DVD version included an animation video clip of Toward the Terra, along with a sticker and tarot card. [2]
Like her past three singles, "Jet Boy Jet Girl" was produced by Takuya Asanuma of Judy and Mary fame, and the b-side song "Pride" was produced by 175R's shogo.k, who previously produced the song "Drive" for her.[ citation needed ] The main song "Jet Boy Jet Girl" is described as "featuring a fun sound designed to complement the anime", while "Pride" is described as a "rock tune that's set to get the summer concert bumping". Hitomi Furuya, known professionally as Hitomi, is a Japanese singer-songwriter. She began her career as teen model before making her singing debuting under the helm of Tetsuya Komuro in 1994, who produced Hitomi's earliest work in pop music. Takuya Asanuma, better known better by his stage name TAKUYA, is a Japanese musician, singer, songwriter and record producer. He was formerly the second guitarist of the Judy and Mary. He currently works as a solo artist under the name Takuya and also had a solo project called Robots which was dissolved in 2009. He was previously married to a former geisha from Gion, but they divorced in 2006. His most recent release was a duet with Aya Kamiki titled "W-B-X ", the theme for Kamen Rider W.
Impact Exciter is the eighth studio album by Japanese voice actress and pop singer Nana Mizuki. It was released on July 7, 2010 in Japan in two editions: a CD only edition and a limited CD+DVD edition. The limited edition includes a special box, a 77-minute DVD and a 48-page hardback photobook. This also became Mizuki's first foreign released album because of the cooperation between King Records and Gold Typhoon Music in Taiwan. The Taiwanese edition was released on 29 October 2010.
"Sweet Candy" is the 32nd single by Japanese singer/songwriter Chisato Moritaka. Written by Moritaka and Yuichi Takahashi, the single was released by One Up Music on June 11, 1997. The song was used by Lawson for their store commercials. The B-side is "Mirai", which was used at the 54th National Sports Festival in Moritaka's hometown of Kumamoto.
