Jettie Fokkens (born 26 September 1975) is a retired Dutch volleyball and beach volleyball player.
She was part of the Netherlands women's national volleyball team at the 1998 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship in Japan. [1] In 2003, she played beach volleyball together with Mered de Vries.
Misty Elizabeth May-Treanor is an American retired professional beach volleyball player. She is a three-time Olympic gold medalist, and as of August 2012, was the most successful female beach volleyball player having won 112 tournaments in domestic and international competition.
Natalie Jean Williams is an American basketball executive and former player in the Women's National Basketball Association (WNBA). Williams was inducted into the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame in 2016. She was also an accomplished volleyball player at UCLA. From 2022-2024, Williams served as the General Manager of the WNBA's Las Vegas Aces.
Ana Paula Rodrigues Connelly Henkel, more commonly known as Ana Paula, is a Brazilian retired female volleyball player and journalist who represented Brazil at four Summer Olympics: in volleyball in 1992 and 1996, and in beach volleyball in 2004 and 2008. With Brazil women's national volleyball team, she won three World Grand Prix editions and got medals in various tournaments, including the 1996 Olympics in the United States and the 1994 FIVB World Championship in Japan. On the beach, she won the FIVB Beach Volleyball World Tour in 2003 and 2008.
Sanne Keizer is a Dutch beach volleyball player who plays as a right-side defender with her partner Madelein Meppelink. Her career highlights include two gold, two silver and four bronze medals on the FIVB World Tour. She is a two-time European Champion and she represented the Netherlands at the 2012 Summer Olympics, finishing ninth with Marleen van Iersel.

Kenya has dominated the African continent since the 1990s, winning the Women's African Volleyball Championship a record of ten times. She is also the 2011 European champion and the 2013 Mediterranean Games champion, both achieved with Cicolari.
