Anting is a town in Jiading District, Shanghai, bordering Kunshan, Jiangsu to the west. It has 96,000 inhabitants and, after the July 2009 merger of Huangdu (黄渡镇), an area of 89.28 km2 (34.47 sq mi).

As of 2011, it has 19 residential communities (居委会) and 16 villages under its administration. It is the site of the non-passenger Jiangqiaozhen Station on the Beijing–Shanghai Railway.

In 2014, they reached the final rounds of the East Region amateur championship, while also winning their local league championship that year. The Jiading City Sports Center is their home ground.
Jiamin line is a commuter rail line currently under construction on the Shanghai Suburban Railway, and will be run by China Railway. It runs from Yindu Road in Minhang District to Chengbei Road in Jiading District. Construction started on 28 June 2021. The line is expected to open in 2027.
