At the 2019 World Rowing Championships, Moffatt, along with partner Jennifer Casson finished eighth in the women's lightweight double sculls, finishing one spot out of qualifying the boat for the 2020 Olympics. However, in 2021, New Zealand declined its quota place, allowing the pair to qualify for the games. [3] [4]
In June 2021, Moffatt was named to Canada's 2020 Olympic team in the women's lightweight double sculls with partner Jennifer Casson. [5] [6]
Will Crothers is a Canadian rower. He started rowing in grade 9 for KCVI, following his brother into the sport. Within just a few years, Crothers and his rowing partner, Rob Gibson, were Canadian high school champions in the senior coxless pair in 2005. Additionally, Crothers was named Ontario Male Athlete of the Year in 2005.
Carling Zeeman is a Canadian rower. She competed at several World cups, international events, along with the 2015 Pan American Games. Zeeman is a former world championships silver medallist in the women's quadruple sculls event. More recently she won gold in the women's single sculls at World Rowing Cup I regatta in Varese, Italy, and a silver at the 2017 World Rowing Cup 3 regatta in Lucerne Switzerland.
Brooke Francis is a New Zealand rower. She has twice won the world championship in the double scull alongside Olivia Loe, is the incumbent world champion, and won a silver medal in this class at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics with rowing partner Hannah Osborne, followed by a gold medal at the 2024 Paris Olympics with Lucy Spoors. As of 2021, she has won ten premier national rowing championships.

Jaclyn Stelmaszyk is a world champion Polish Canadian rower. She won gold in the lightweight women's quad sculls at the 2012 World Rowing Championships as a competitor for Poland. Stelmaszyk returned to the Canadian team and is the reigning Pan American Games Champion, winning gold in the lightweight women's double sculls with Kate Haber at the 2019 Pan Am Games in Lima. In December 2019 Jaclyn was granted an exemption to the three year rule by the Olympic executive board to change nationalities from Canada to Poland. She immediately began training with the Polish Rowing Federation (PZTW) in hopes of qualifying a lightweight double boat for the 2020 Tokyo Olympic games.
