Thomas James "Jim" Taylor Patterson (born 25 December 1959) also known as "Big Jim Patterson" [1] is a former Irish first-class cricketer.
Patterson was born at Downpatrick and was educated at Down High School. [1] Playing his club cricket for Downpatrick, [1] Patterson made his debut for Ireland in a List A one-day match against Surrey at The Oval in the 1984 NatWest Trophy. [2] Later that season,he made his debut in first-class cricket when Ireland played Scotland at Glasgow. [3] He played a further List A match against Sussex at Hove in the 1985 NatWest Trophy. [2] He toured Zimbabwe in early 1986,playing seven minor matches on the tour. [1] [4] Appearing for Ireland in minor matches between 1986–1987, [4] his next major appearance came in the August 1990 first-class fixture against Scotland. [3] He played his final List A match in the 1991 NatWest Trophy against Middlesex, [2] before two further first-class matches against Scotland,in 1991 at Malahide,and 1992 at Dundee. [3] Patterson played a total of four first-class matches,scoring 211 runs at an average of 42.20,with a high score of 84. [5] One of two half centuries he made,this score came against Scotland in 1990. [6] He continued to play club cricket into the late 1990s,leaving Downpatrick on acrimonious terms in 1998. [1] He then joined North of Ireland Cricket Club,playing for them in 1999. [1]

Peter Gerard Gillespie is a Northern Irish former cricketer. A right-handed batsman and right-arm medium pace bowler,he had played for the Ireland cricket team 116 times up to the start of the 2007 World Cup,including twelve first-class matches and 35 List A matches,four of which were One Day International. Only three players have played more times for Ireland.
William Kyle McCallan,usually known as Kyle McCallan,is a former Irish cricketer. A right-handed batsman and off spin bowler,he has played more times for the Ireland cricket team than any other player,more than 40 caps ahead of the next player in the table,the retired Peter Gillespie. Only three players have captained Ireland more times than McCallan,and only Jason Molins has captained them to more wins. He has also played second XI cricket for Derbyshire and Surrey.
Paul McCrum is an Irish former cricketer. A right-handed batsman and right-arm fast-medium bowler,he played 74 times for the Ireland cricket team between 1989 and 1998 including four first-class matches against Scotland and 16 List A matches. He also played for the Northern Ireland national cricket team in the cricket tournament at the 1998 Commonwealth Games.
Gehan Dixon Mendis is an former cricketer who was an opening batsman for Sussex and Lancashire between 1974 and 1993. He was part of the Lancashire team that won the 1990 Benson &Hedges Cup and 1990 NatWest Trophy. Mendis scored over 21,000 runs in his first-class career.

Sportpark Het Schootsveld is a cricket ground in Deventer,the Netherlands. The first recorded match held on the ground came in 1975 when Dansk XL Club played The Forty Club. The ground later held four ICC Trophy matches in the 1990. The ground held its first List A match in 1999 when the Netherlands played Cambridgeshire in the NatWest Trophy.
