Jincheng Suzuki is a joint Sino-Japanese producer of motorcycles and scooters founded in 1994 and headquartered in Nanjing. It is a joint venture between Suzuki and Nanjing Jincheng Machinery. The company claims output of 3,000 units per day, making it the first-place exporter and foreign-currency earner in the Chinese motorcycle industry. [1]

Noriyasu Numata was a Grand Prix motorcycle road racer born in Chiba, Japan. He competed in 250cc Grand Prix motorcycle racing from 1995 to 1998. He was killed in an accident during tyre testing for Dunlop at Okayama International Circuit in Japan.

Avello was a Spanish manufacturer of machine tools, motorcycles and scooters, famous for its MV Agusta and Puch brand machines. It was founded by Alfredo Avello in 1940 and closed in March 2013. The factory was located in the city of Gijón in Asturias, northern Spain.
