Arnow was raised in Brooklyn and studied film at Wesleyan University. [2] She is Jewish.

Career

The Feeling That the Time for Doing Something Has Passed premiered in the Directors' Fortnight at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival. The film was released theatrically in the United States in 2024. [3]
