Smith joined Delta in 2002 as Vice President – Marketing and Customer Service at Song. [2] Previously she served as Senior Vice President: In-Flight Service from March 2007 to September 2014. Before that she was Vice President: Marketing from November 2005 to February 2007. [3]

She serves as a director or advisory board member of several organizations including Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, the Dean’s Advisory Council for Orfalea College of Business and The Breast Cancer Research Foundation. [1]
