Jogen Gogoi (born 1922) was an Indian politician and leader of Communist Party of India. [1] He represented Thowra constituency in the Assam Legislative Assembly from 1978 to 1983. [2] [3]
Golap Borbora was a chief minister of Indian state of Assam from 1978 to 1979. He was the first non congress chief minister of Assam. Borbora was a member of Rajya Sabha between 1968 and 1974.
