Johannes Lamparter (born 8 November 2001) is an Austrian nordic combined skier.

Contents

His breakthrough season was 2020–21 FIS Nordic Combined World Cup, when he achieved two podium results in World Cup competition. But he made even more spectacular results on FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2021. [2] Lamparter won two gold medals, one in individual large hill Gundersen and second in team sprint. He also took bronze medal in relay. Also in 2021, he became world junior champion, in Lahti.

Hannu Kalevi Manninen is a Finnish nordic combined athlete. Debuting at the 1994 Winter Olympics in Lillehammer at the age of 15, he took his first medal three years later at the age of 18 when he won silver in the 4 × 5 km team event at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships. At the 2002 Winter Olympics, he won a gold medal in the 4 × 5 km team event at the age of 23. He has five other Nordic skiing World Championships medals, earning three golds and two bronzes. He has two other Olympic team medals as well.

The FIS Nordic World Ski Championships 2007 took place 22 February – 4 March 2007 in Sapporo, Japan. It was the second time this city has hosted these championships, having previously done so in the 1972 Winter Olympics. Sapporo was selected as venue by vote at the 43rd FIS World Congress in Portorož, Slovenia, on 6 June 2002. It also marked the third time the championships were hosted outside Europe in a year that did not coincide with the Winter Olympics; it was the first championship held in Asia. The ski jumping team normal hill event was not held, as it had been in 2005.

The men’s team sprint competition in cross-country skiing at the 2022 Winter Olympics was held on 16 February, at the Kuyangshu Nordic Center and Biathlon Center in Zhangjiakou. Erik Valnes and Johannes Høsflot Klæbo of Norway won the event. Iivo Niskanen and Joni Mäki of Finland won the silver medal, and Alexander Bolshunov and Alexander Terentyev, representing the Russian Olympic Committee, bronze.

The men’s sprint competition in cross-country skiing at the 2022 Winter Olympics was held on 8 February, at the Kuyangshu Nordic Center and Biathlon Center in Zhangjiakou. The event was won by Johannes Høsflot Klæbo of Norway, who defended his 2018 title. The 2018 silver medalist, Federico Pellegrino, won the silver medal again. Alexander Terentyev, representing the Russian Olympic Committee, won the bronze medal. This was his first Olympic medal.

The individual large hill/10 km competition in Nordic combined at the 2022 Winter Olympics was held on 15 February, at the Kuyangshu Nordic Center and Biathlon Center in Zhangjiakou. Jørgen Graabak of Norway won the gold medal, replicating his 2014 success. Jens Lurås Oftebro, also of Norway, became the silver medalist, his first Olympic medal. Akito Watabe of Japan won bronze.

The individual normal hill/10 km competition in Nordic combined at the 2022 Winter Olympics was held on 9 February, at the Kuyangshu Nordic Center and Biathlon Center in Zhangjiakou. Vinzenz Geiger of Germany won the event. For him, this was the first Olympic medal in an individual event. Jørgen Graabak of Norway, the 2014 individual large hill and team champion, was second. Lukas Greiderer of Austria won the bronze medal, his first Olympic medal.
