John G. Prague (also called H. G. Prague and J. A. Prague) was an American politician affiliated with the Republican Party. [1] On November 5,1872,he was elected member of the Nevada Assembly,where he represented Nye County with John Bowman. [2] Prague's term started the following day and he served in one regular session. [1] [3] Records from that session stated that Prague lived in Twin River. [4] His mandate ended in November 1874. Prague and Bowman were succeeded by John B. McGee and P. M. Ellison. [2]

Duncan Township was a civil township in Cheboygan County in the U.S. state of Michigan. It was created on January 29,1853,and organized on August 23,1854. As the second township in the county,it consisted of all parts east of the Cheboygan River. Portions of this township were later incorporated into Benton Township in 1871,and Grant Township in 1879. The remnants of Duncan Township were combined with and incorporated into Benton Township on March 7,1887.

Holmes Township was a civil township in Mackinac County in the U.S. state of Michigan. Organized on April 12,1827,Holmes included parts of Michigan's upper and lower peninsulas within the original county of Michilimackinac. The county and township both became smaller over time,until 1895 when Holmes consisted of only Mackinac Island and Round Island. Holmes was incorporated into the City of Mackinac Island effective March 20,1900.
