John Gibbs (born 16 May 1956) is an Australian radio personality and former rugby league footballer. A New South Wales state and Australia national representative half back of the 1970s and 1980s, he played his club football with the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles. Gibbs spent 2012 as a presenter on NRL Daily and was also the host of Sydney radio station 2UE's Sports Today program, and has appeared regularly on The Footy Show . He was also previously a member of the Gibbs-Hadley Continuous Call Team. Gibbs and fellow commentator Darryl Brohman were successfully head-hunted from radio 2UE after the 1999 NRL season and both then spear-headed the successful 2GB rugby league radio coverage from the beginning of the 2000 season, along with Jon Harker. Gibbs, showing his versatility, also called rugby union matches for the ABC.

Gibbs started his football career as a Manly junior and played in the NSWRFL premiership in the 1970s and 1980s as halfback of the Sea Eagles. He was selected for the 1978 Kangaroo tour but didn't play in any test matches.^[4] After his football career was prematurely ended due to injury, he started a successful career in radio.^[5] He has also worked as a player and celebrity manager, one of his clients being former team-mate Paul Vautin. In 2003 Gibbs was inducted into the Northern Beaches Sporting Hall of Fame.^[6] As of 2022, Gibbs is part of the ABC Sports team, calling NRL games alongside people such as Tim Gavel, Andrew Moore, and Luke Lewis.

Menzies has spent the majority of his playing career in the second row, but he also played as a centre, five-eighth and as a utility player off the bench.

Desmond John Hasler is an Australian professional rugby league coach and former player who is the current head coach of the Gold Coast Titans in the National Rugby League.

Stephen Matai is a New Zealand former professional rugby league footballer who played in the National Rugby League from 2005 to 2016. A New Zealand national representative centre, he played for Australian club the Manly Warringah Sea Eagles. Matai helped the Sea Eagles win the 2008 and 2011 Premierships. He was also part of the New Zealand national squad that won the nation's maiden title at the 2008 Rugby League World Cup. Geoffrey Toovey, also known by the nickname of "Toovs" or "Tooves", is the former head coach of the Bradford Bulls and former professional rugby league footballer. Toovey played halfback for the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles, then played as a hooker later in his career at the Northern Eagles. He played 286 first-grade matches in all, and captained Manly to the 1996 ARL premiership and the 1995 and 1997 grand finals. He played in 13 international matches for Australia between 1991 and 1998. Toovey is the former head coach of Manly-Warringah.

David Williams is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played on the wing in the 2000s and 2010s. A New South Wales State of Origin and Australia international representative, he played his entire professional career with the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles in the NRL, winning the 2008 NRL Premiership with them.
