John Joseph Nichols is a United States Air Force major general who served as the Director of Global Power Programs at the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Acquisition, Technology, and Logistics. He previously served as the Deputy Director of Global Operations of the United States Strategic Command. Previously, he was the Commander of the 509th Bomb Wing. [2] [3] [4] [5]

In March 2022, Nichols was reassigned as director of operations of the United States Strategic Command. [6]

United States Strategic Command Unified combatant command based in Nebraska

As commander of United States Transportation Command, Fraser was in charge of managing all global air, land and sea transportation. He retired on May 5, 2014.

Robin Rand is a retired United States Air Force general and former commander of Air Force Global Strike Command. He also concurrently served as the commander of Air Forces Strategic, United States Strategic Command, a command that provides combat-ready forces to conduct strategic nuclear deterrence and global strike operations in support of combatant commanders.
