John Mann (born June 27, 1985) is an American water polo player. He led the University of California team to the 2006 NCAA Championship, and he played for the United States national team at the 2012 Summer Olympics.
Mann played on the water polo team at Corona del Mar High School and won three C.I.F. titles. Starting his sophomore season, Mann began to rapidly develop as a top youth player in the country and was selected to train with the United States Olympic team shortly after his Sophomore year at Corona del Mar High. Mann attributes his growth during this time to the flexibility of his teachers and administrators allowing him to attend daily practice with the National Team at the Los Alamitos Joint training facility between 7-10 a.m. and 5-9 p.m. practice. Fortunately, Mann was able to balance the responsibilities of both school and sport through this time. Throughout his career at CdM, Mann was named Orange County player of the year multiple times. While at CdM Mann was a three-time First team All-America and was known for his goals scoring ability both in the center and on the perimeter, as a senior, he scored 109 goals and was named the Orange County Player of the Year despite missing the first month of the season due to an injury sustained in international competition in Russia. Mann then joined the University of California, Berkeley team. He scored 22 goals as a freshman in 2003. As a sophomore, he led the Bears with 60 goals, was named the team MVP, and was also a first team All-American. The following season, he scored 56 goals to lead the team again. He repeated as team MVP and was again named to the All-America first team. [2]
In 2006, Mann scored a team-leading 80 goals and led California to the NCAA Championship. [3] He was a first team All-American for the third straight year and also won the Peter J. Cutino Award as the nation's best male collegiate water polo player. [1] He finished his college career with 218 goals, the second-most in school history. [1] [3]
During his career with U.S., Mann appeared in over 350 Matches. He served as Team Captain between 2013 and 2015. Water polo captaincy is a rare distinction for a Center player (position) due to the constant physical contact and nature that the position requires. Typically, a perimeter player is earns the title of captain at the elite level. From 2001 to 2016 Mann represented the United States in; 2 Olympics (London, Rio), 3 Pan- American Games, and appeared in multiple Fina World championship, Fina World Cups, and Fina World League competitions.
Mann played for 5 professional clubs throughout his Professional career. Esporte Clube Pinhieros(São Paulo, Brazil), C.N. Barceloneta (Barcelona, Spain), R.N. Nervi (Genoa, Italy), V.K. Red Star (Belgrade, Serbia) and C.N. Marseilles (Marseilles, France).
Incredibly, Mann became the League champion, League Cup Champion, and Super Cup Champion of each the Brazilian, Spanish, French, and Serbian Leagues. This success further solidified Mann as one of the most accomplished and sought after U.S. players in the International Professional league system. He represented C.N. Barceloneta (Barcelona, Spain), V.K. Red Star (Belgrade, Serbia) and C.N. Marseilles (Marseilles, France) in Champions League. In 2013, he won the European Super Cup which is a game played between the two best teams in all of the European league systems.

Villa was named Female Water Polo Player of the Decade for 2000-2009 by the FINA Aquatics World Magazine. She is one of four female players who competed in water polo at four Olympics; and one of two female athletes who won four Olympic medals in water polo. She is a leading goalscorer in Olympic water polo history, with 31 goals. In 2018, she was inducted into the International Swimming Hall of Fame and the USA Water Polo Hall of Fame.
Vladimir Vujasinović is a Serbian professional water polo head coach and former player. He currently serves as head coach of VK Novi Beograd.
Aleksandar Ćirić is a Serbian retired water polo player and current head coach of European powerhouse Olympiacos Women's Water Polo Team, who played for two Olympic bronze medal squads, one for FR Yugoslavia at the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, the other for Serbia at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing, and one Olympic silver medal squad for Serbia and Montenegro at the 2004 Olympics in Athens. Filip Filipović is a Serbian water polo player widely considered to be one of the greatest players in the history of the sport. He was a member of the Serbia men's national water polo teams that won bronze medals at the 2008 and 2012 Olympics and gold medals in 2016 and 2020. He also held the world title in 2009 and 2015 and the European title in 2003, 2006, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018. He was named Most Valuable Player at the 2011 World Championships. He was also voted as the male water polo "World Player of the Year" in 2011, 2014 and 2021 by the FINA magazine. He played for Pro Recco in Italy and won three LEN Champions League and three LEN Super Cup with them. Currently, he plays for Olympiacos.
Duško Pijetlović is a Serbian water polo center forward for VK Novi Beograd. He was a member of the Serbia men's national water polo teams that won Olympic gold medals in 2016 and 2020, and bronze medals at the 2008 and 2012 Olympics. He held the world title in 2009 and 2015 and the European title in 2006, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018. Pijetlović won three consecutive Euroleague titles with three teams: in 2011 with Partizan in 2012 with Pro Recco and in 2013 with Crvena Zvezda.
Nikola Rađen is a Serbian water polo player who plays for Serbian club Crvena zvezda. He was a member of the Serbia men's national water polo team at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He won with Serbia the 2009 World Championship as well as the 2012 Eindhoven European Championship. Rađen has also won 2 LEN Euroleagues with his former clubs Partizan Raiffeisen (2011) and VK Crvena zvezda (2013).
Andrija Prlainović is a Serbian water polo player widely regarded as one of the greatest players ever. He was a member of the Serbia men's national water polo teams that won bronze medals at the 2008 and 2012 Olympics and gold medals in 2016 and 2020. He also held the world title in 2009 and 2015 and the European title in 2006, 2012, 2014, 2016 and 2018. In 2011, he won the LEN Euroleague with VK Partizan and in 2013 with Red Star Belgrade, where he was one of the best scorers.

Mlađan Janović is a Montenegrin water polo player. He currently plays for AN Brescia and he is a long-standing member of the Montenegrin national water polo team. He was part of the Montenegro national team that was crowned European Champion at the 2008 European Championship in Málaga.
Milan Aleksić is a Serbian water polo center back who plays for Partizan and the Serbia men's national water polo team. He is a 2016 and 2020 Olympic champion and a 2012 Olympic bronze medalist. He also held the world title in 2009 and 2015 and European title in 2012, 2014 and 2016. His most notable achievements in a club competition are the LEN Euroleague and the LEN Supercup which he won in 2011 with Partizan Raiffeisen.
Slobodan Nikić is a Serbian professional water polo player. He is currently free agent and he is a long-standing member of the Serbia men's national water polo team. His most notable achievements with the national team are the gold medal from the Olympic Games in 2016, silver from the Olympic Games in 2004 and bronze from the Olympic Games 2012, three gold medals from the World Championships in 2005, 2009 and 2015, and five gold medals from the European Championships in 2003, 2006, 2012, 2014, and finally in 2016.

Andrew (Andy) Michael Stevens is an American water polo goalkeeper. While playing at Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles, he was a 4-Time All-American. Previously he played for the United States Mens National Team, and most recently competed for Team USA at the 2013 FINA World Championships.
Anna Espar Llaquet is a Spanish water polo player who won the gold medal at the 2013 World Championships in Barcelona. She also won the silver medal at the 2012 and 2020 Summer Olympics.

Haralabidis also has two sisters, her twin Ioanna and older sister Anastaia. Ioanna was also on the USC women's water polo team.
