John A. McNally IV (born c. 1969) is a former mayor of Youngstown,Ohio.
McNally was born and raised in Youngstown and graduated from Ursuline High School in 1987. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University in 1991 and a Juris Doctor and Master of Public Administration from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and the Maxine Goodman Levin College of Urban Affairs at Cleveland State University in 1996.
McNally served as Assistant Law Director for the City of Youngstown from 1998 to 2002,later serving as Law Director from 2002 to 2004. He was elected twice as Mahoning County Commissioner before retiring from that office in order to run for Mayor of Youngstown. He won the general election on November 5,2013 and was sworn in on December 30,2013. [1]
On May 14,2014,McNally was indicted by the State of Ohio on 25 felony and nine misdemeanor charges stemming from Mahoning County's purchase of the office building Oakhill Renaissance Place during his tenure as County Commissioner. [2] He pleaded guilty to these charges February 26,2016 in a deal that allowed him to remain Mayor of Youngstown. [3]
On May 2,2017,McNally lost to Jamael Tito Brown in the Democratic primary election in his bid for re-election. McNally was only the second Mayor in the history of the City of Youngstown not to get elected to a second term. [4]

Frank Robert Pokorny was an American attorney and politician who served as a member of the Ohio House of Representatives of the U.S. state of Ohio. He represented Cuyahoga County from 1957 to 1961,and again from 1963 to 1965. After redistricting and the establishment of state districts,he represented District 57. He was appointed to the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners after the death of the incumbent,and served from February 1968 to April 1976. He resigned from office on April 12,1976,after being indicted for misconduct of office. He pled guilty,and never served in public office again.

Bernita Sims was the mayor of High Point,North Carolina. She was elected November 6,2012 with 33% of the vote. Sims,a Democrat,was the city's first African American mayor. On November 18,2013,Sims was indicted by a Guilford County grand jury for allegedly writing a worthless $7,000 check. She resigned on September 10,2014 after pleading guilty to a felony worthless check charge.
Michael J. O'Brien is the Representative of the 64th district of the Ohio House of Representatives. O'Brien is a lifelong resident of the Mahoning Valley and graduate from John F. Kennedy High School as well as Youngstown State University. O'Brien served on Warren City Council from 1983 to 1993 before being elected as a Trumbull County Commissioner in 1994. He served as a commissioner for ten years before being elected Mayor of Warren in 2005,serving until 2012. O'Brien announced in early 2014 that he would seek a seat in the Ohio House of Representatives to replace Tom Letson who was term-limited. He would win a three-way primary race with 60% of the vote for the Democratic nomination. He faced former Republican state Representative Randy Law in the general election,in what became a very tight race. He defeated Law 49%-44% to take the seat. His district includes half of Trumbull County and the southern portion of Ashtabula County.
