John Stanworth (born 30 September 1960) is a former English cricketer active from 1979 to 1992 who played for Lancashire. He was born in Oldham. He appeared in 44 first-class matches as a righthanded batsman and wicketkeeper. He scored 266 runs with a highest score of 50* and held 63 catches with 10 stumpings. [1]

John Barry (composer) English film score composer

John Barry Prendergast, was an English composer and conductor of film music. John Neilson Robertson is a Scottish former footballer. He provided the assisting cross for Trevor Francis to score the only goal when Nottingham Forest won the 1979 European Cup Final. A year later he scored when Forest retained the trophy 1-0 this time against Hamburger SV.
