Jolan Cox (born 12 July 1991) is a Belgian male volleyball player. He is part of the Belgium men's national volleyball team. On club level he plays for Prefaxis Menen. [1]
West Flanders is the westernmost province of the Flemish Region, in Belgium. It is the only coastal Belgian province, facing the North Sea to the northwest. The FIVB Volleyball World League was an annual international men's volleyball competition. Created in 1990, it was the longest and richest of all the international events organized by the Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB). The women's version of the competition was called FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix. This event should not be confused with the other international volleyball competitions, the World Championship, the World Cup and the World Grand Champions Cup.

Ronald ("Ron") Ferdinand Zwerver is a volleyball coach and former volleyball player from the Netherlands who represented his native country in three consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1988 in Seoul. Zwerver was one of the dominant forces in Dutch volleyball in the 1990s. He was selected as the "best attacker" at both the 1990 and 1994 FIVB World Championships.
Julio Velasco is an Argentine former professional volleyball player and coach. He obtained Italian citizenship in 1992. Velasco was inducted into the International Volleyball Hall of Fame in 2005. He is the head coach of the Italy women's national volleyball team, which he led to the gold medal in the 2024 Paris Olympics.

The FIVB Volleyball Women's World Cup is an international volleyball competition contested by the senior women's national teams of the members of Fédération Internationale de Volleyball (FIVB), the sport's global governing body. Initially the tournament was played in the year following the Olympic Games, but since 1991 the World Cup has been awarded in the year preceding the Olympic Games. The current champion is China, which won its fifth title at the 2019 tournament.
The Albania men's national volleyball team is the national volleyball team of Albania. As of December 2021, the team is ranked 78th in the world. They have competed in many European and world volleyball championships, but as of October 16, 2021, are yet to win a gold medal.
The 2022 FIVB Women's Volleyball Challenger Cup was the third edition of the FIVB Women's Volleyball Challenger Cup, an annual women's international volleyball tournament contested by eight national teams that acts as a qualifier for the FIVB Women's Volleyball Nations League. The tournament was held at Krešimir Ćosić Hall in Zadar, Croatia, between 28 and 31 July 2022.
