Jonathan Aspirot (born May 16, 1999) is a Canadian professional ice hockey defenceman for the Boston Bruins of the National Hockey League (NHL). [1]
The Boston Bruins signed Aspirot to a one-year, two-way contract on July 1, 2025. [2] He began the 2025–26 season with the Providence Bruins, recording one goal and three points in five games. On October 26, he was promoted to the NHL as a replacement for an injured Hampus Lindholm. [3] Although Lindholm returned to the roster the next day, Aspirot made his debut on October 28 as a replacement for Mason Lohrei, who was a healthy scratch. He skated on the third defensive pair with Henri Jokiharju against the New York Islanders. [4]
