Joseph Park

Joseph Park (born c. 1972) is a Korean American investment banker who founded Kozmo.com [1] in 1997. He was profiled in the documentary film e-Dreams . He was a co-founder of Askville, which was owned by Amazon.com and closed in 2013. In late June 2009, he left Amazon to work for Zondervan as president of biblegateway.com, [2] which Zondervan acquired in November 2008 from Gospel Communications International.

Kozmo.com was a venture-capital-funded online company that promised free one-hour delivery of "videos, games, dvds, music, mags, books, food, basics & more" and Starbucks coffee in several major cities in the United States. It was founded by young investment bankers Joseph Park and Yong Kang in March 1998 in New York City, and was out of business by April 2001. The company is often referred to as an example of the dot-com bubble. In January 2013, the brand was bought by Yummy.com and announced that they would relaunch soon. In March 2018 Kozmo was relaunched as a warehouse club.

Trailer Park Boys is a Canadian mockumentary television series created by Mike Clattenburg. A continuation of Clattenburg's 1999 film of the same title, the show follows the misadventures of a group of trailer park residents, some of whom are ex-convicts, living in the fictional Sunnyvale Trailer Park in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. The series premiered on Showcase on April 22, 2001, and originally ran for seven seasons before concluding with a one-hour special on December 7, 2008. The series has spawned a Film Trilogy to date: The Movie, released on October 6, 2006; Countdown to Liquor Day, released on September 25, 2009; and Don't Legalize It, released on April 18, 2014.

William Hybels is an American church figure and author. He is the founding and former senior pastor of Willow Creek Community Church in South Barrington, Illinois, one of the most attended churches in North America, with an average attendance of nearly 24,000 as of late 2018. He is the founder of the Willow Creek Association and creator of the Global Leadership Summit. Hybels is also an author of a number of Christian books, especially on the subject of Christian leadership. Previously slated to step down in October 2018, Hybels retired early after allegations of sexual misconduct were made against him, though he has denied all allegations. A six-month long independent review found the allegations to be credible.

Zondervan is the commercial rights holder for the New International Version (NIV) Bible in North America.

Urbanfetch, founded in 1999 and closed down in 2000, was a dot-com company which enabled customers to order products online and have them delivered by bike messenger in less than an hour within certain delivery areas covering most of Manhattan and London.

BibleGateway.com is a website designed to allow easy reading, listening, studying, searching, and sharing of the Bible in many different versions and translations, including English, French, Spanish, and other languages. Its mission statement is "To honor Christ by equipping people to read and understand the Bible, wherever they are". The website is free for anyone to use, but also offers Bible Gateway Plus, a membership program with enhanced services. It is currently owned by Zondervan.

John Ortberg, Jr. is an evangelical Christian author, speaker, and the former senior pastor of Menlo Church in Menlo Park, California, an ECO Presbyterian church with more than 4,000 members. Ortberg has published many books including the 2008 ECPA Christian Book Award winner When the Game is Over, It All Goes Back in the Box, and the 2002 Christianity Today Book Award winner If You Want to Walk on Water, You've Got to Get Out of the Boat. Askville was a user-driven research site founded by Amazon.com. It was opened to the public on December 8, 2006, and shut down on October 25, 2013.

Joel Breton is an American video game producer, video game designer, film producer and entrepreneur. He has worked as a producer on multiple award-winning video games, including Unreal PC, Bomberman Live, and Pirates of the Caribbean. Romeo Eugene Zondervan is a former professional Dutch footballer who played as a midfielder. He was born in Paramaribo in Suriname, and played his early football with FC Den Haag and Twente Enschede before joining West Bromwich Albion, for whom he made 84 appearances. He signed for Ipswich Town in 1984 for £70,000 and went on to make 274 appearances for the club. Then he moved to Dutch club NAC Breda in 1992 and played there until 1995, and then finished his playing career.
