Josh Conklin (born June 19, 1979) is an American college football coach. He served as head football coach of Wofford College in Spartanburg, South Carolina from 2018 until midway through the 2022 season. [1] Conklin served as the defensive coordinator at the University of Pittsburgh from 2015 to 2017. [2] He played college football at Dakota State College in Madison, South Dakota. [3]
Conklin and Wofford parted ways five games in to the 2022 season after the Terriers got off to an 0–5 start. [4] [5]

Shawn Watson is an American football coach. He is currently the Head Coach at Wofford College, a position he has held since October 6, 2022 after the resignation of Josh Conklin. Watson served as the head football coach at Southern Illinois University Carbondale from 1994 to 1996, compiling a record of 11–22. He was the offensive coordinator at the University of Colorado Boulder (2000–2005), the University of Nebraska–Lincoln (2007–2010), the University of Louisville (2011–2013), and the University of Pittsburgh (2017–2018).

He served as the interim head football coach at Southern Methodist University (SMU) for the final 10 games of the 2014 season upon the resignation of June Jones, compiling a record of 1–9. Before that, he had been SMU's defensive coordinator since 2008. Mason also served as the interim head football coach at Boise State University for the first ten games of the 1996 season, compiling a record of 1–9.

They received an at-large bid into the FCS Playoffs where they defeated New Hampshire in the second round before falling in the quarterfinals to North Dakota State.

In their 20th year under head coach Mike Ayers, the Terriers compiled an overall record of 9–4 with a conference mark of 5–2, and finished as SoCon co-champion. Wofford advanced to the playoffs, where they defeated Montana before they lost to Richmond in the quarterfinals.

Jimmy Rogers is an American football coach and former player who is currently the head coach for the South Dakota State Jackrabbits of the Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVFC). After playing college football for the Jackrabbits, he served as a graduate assistant with them for two years before joining Florida Atlantic in 2012. He returned to South Dakota State in 2013 as linebackers coach, later receiving a promotion to defensive coordinator in 2019, the position he served in until being named head coach in 2023.
