Hon. Jovrine Kyomukama Kaliisa (born 17 August 1975) is a Ugandan politician and businesswoman, currently serving as the National Deputy Coordinator of the Parish Development Model.She was the district woman representative of Ibanda and affiliated to the National Resistance Movement political party. [1] [2] [3] [4] In 2021-2026 elections, she was the aspiring Woman MP for Ibanda District under the National Resistance Movement political party, however she didn't win the elections. [5]
She holds a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in risk and security management from the University of Portsmouth, United Kingdom, and a diploma in mass communication from the Institute of Business and Media Studies, Kampala.
She attended St Helens Primary School, Nyamitanga for her Primary Leaving Examinations in 1989 and later joined Lugogo Hall Centre for Uganda Certificate Of Education in 2011. [1] She holds Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education from Buganda College, Wakiso in 2013. [1] [6]
From 2005 to date, she has been employed as the Director of Crane Coaches Ltd. Between 1994 and 1997, she worked as the Radio Presenter at Radio Uganda. [1] In the year 1998–2002, she served as the Sales Manager at Sales International Uganda. [1] From 2002 to 2005, she was working at UGAWood Construction Company as a Manager. [1] [6]
She serves in the government as the National Deputy Coordinator of Parish Development Model. She is the Women Chairperson of the Women League in Ibanda District and a member of the Construction Committee in Ibanda Parish. From 2016 to date, Jovrine served as the Member of Parliament at Parliament of Uganda. [1] While at the Parliament of Uganda, she served on the Committee on HIV/AIDS & Related Disease and Committee on Public Service and Local Government. [1] [6] In 2020, she was arrested and detained at Ibanda Police Station on Thursday evening for flouting COVID-19 guidelines, dishing out money and campaigning past deadline. [7] In the 10 Parliament, she was the member of the Uganda Women Parliamentary Association. [8] She was a Winner of Service Award in recognition for distinguished service as a Member of Parliament who lobbied for Kibubura Girls School in 2023.
She is married and has four children.. [3] Her hobbies are reading and swimming and she has a special interest in community work. [1]
Anna Ebaju Adeke is a Ugandan lawyer and politician. Currently she serves as the Member of Parliament representing Women in Soroti District in the 11th Parliament (2021–2026). She previously served as the parliamentary representative of the National Female Youth Constituency in the 10th parliament (2016–2021). Aisha Sekindi is a Ugandan educator and legislator. As of February 2022, she serves as Uganda's Minister of State for Water and the woman representative for Kalungu district in Uganda's eleventh parliament. She replaced Hon. Ronald Kibuule who handed over the office in July 2021. She held the same position in Uganda's tenth parliament. Politically, she is affiliated to the National Resistance Movement under whose ticket she contested in the 2016 general election, achieving victory over Aisha Naluyati Waligo of the Democratic Party Uganda (DP).
Rosemary Nyakikongoro is a Ugandan politician.She attended St.Mary's College Rushoroza for secondary education. She was an independent women's representative for Sheema District in Uganda's ninth Parliament (2011-2016). In the 2021 general election, she was re-elected as women's representative for Sheema District, this time standing on the National Resistance Movement ticket.

Agnes Taaka also known as Taaka Agnes Wejuli is a Ugandan politician, Social Worker, and legislator. She is the district woman representative of Bugiri District. She served in the ninth, tenth and eleventh Parliament of Uganda as the Member of Parliament. She belongs to the ruling political party, National Resistance Movement. She is the current Woman Member of Parliament of Bugiri District in period (2021-2026) after being declared as winner in the just concluded presidential and parliamentary elections in Uganda.
Christine Ayo Achen also known as Achen Christine Ayo is a Ugandan politician and administrator. She is the district woman representative of Alebtong in the 10th parliament of Uganda. She is affiliated to the National Resistance Movement ruling political party. She was also the aspiring Woman MP for the period 2021–2026 in Alebtong.

She won the 2021 general elections for her position as the representative of people with disabilities for Eastern region. Hellen is affiliated to the National Resistance Movement political party.
Peace Kusasira also referred to as Kusasira Peace Kanyesigye Mubiru is a female Ugandan politician and social worker. She is the district woman representative of Mukono District under the National Resistance Movement political party. She served as the MP in the tenth, and ninth parliament and lost in the 2021–2026 elections. In the ninth parliament, Peace Kusasira, took the seat from outgoing MP, Margaret Nalugo.
